Azalea knew Sidney was lying from the smile he gave her, but didn’t push him. She looked out the window as the houses rush by. Every now and then she’d look at Sidney to make sure he was doing okay. She was nervous about how affected he seemed to be by something.

Sidney was trying to calm himself down after the shocking event. Who was he? Was he her boyfriend? He couldn’t possibly not being a lover since he kissed her right? Did she also love him? For how long? How could he not know about this, they always told each other everything! Or, at least they used to…

“Um, since, we’re all dressed I should just take you to dinner, I guess?” He smiled at Azalea.

“That sounds good to me. Are you okay Sidney?” Azalea asked again. Her voice was soft as the worry showed on her face.

‘What even happened? I wonder if there was a way to help.’ She hated feeling so useless.
