The Serendipitous Knight

Effie grew up never knowing her birth parents or family. But she created a family with the other outcast teenagers she grew up with. They were wild and care free always seeking the next thrill. One such event had her crashing a race car into what she thought was an abandoned warehouse. Instead she crashed into a secret and sacred clan ceremony. And as fate would have it instead of ending up dead for her interrupting she became the chosen one and had apparently been returned to her family. But Effie does not want to play by their rules and become the tool for a family that had apparently not cared or wanted her.
