8 The first stop is Loyts.

I help Aaron pile the body's of the dead bandit's. I had to take a minute after the fight, taking another's life shouldn't have been so easy for me, but it was. I think the angel Amare Vita and mine are merging. I know all his attack and defense magic, I also have his disregard for the one's who mess with his friend's or mortal's in general. I am no longer Lyatt Folster, but I'm not Amare Vita either.

I incinerate the corpse's with a tier 5 spell. Nothing was left, so the cleaning up of the body's was done. All the blood will go away on it's own. I cleaned my armor and sword of blood that covered it, make's me wish I didn't invest my magic solely on combat. Maybe it's possible to learn new magic here. Thing's that help with that kind of stuff. I'll check when I get to Loyts.

Aaron and Lilian had a hard time looking at me the same way. I don't blame them, veteran warrior's would have questioned me after seeing that carnage. I ask Aaron if Loyts is a busy city and tell's me only during the spring and summer. It's spring right now, so there will be lot's of people there. I said thank you for all they have done. After that, I took off east toward's Loyts.

~~~(POV of Priestess Heart)~~~

I can feel a mighty presence showing up in the near future. Something our army and warrior's don't stand a chance against if we offend the creature. I must inform the council of the church, this could mean life and death for our people. If the noble's or Baron offend this person, like they always do with outsider's or people with less power than them, then we have no hope.

The tightly notched group of the baron is sickening. They prey on the poorer citizen's and call it tax for the crown. While they only line their own pocket's. They show no respect or concern except those of equal or higher statue. I'm glad the church has no dealing's with them. At least publicly, we have to bribe them from time to time.

I enter the council chamber's and summon everyone on and off duty. After about 40 minute's everyone arrive's. The decision's regarding the next step's will belong to the five head priest's and priestesses. They all take their seat's and ask what the emergency meeting is about.

"Why have you called us here Priestess Heart? It is very unlike you to do this sort of thing." Priest James say's to me. "You are our most treasured seer. When you call us like this, it must be dire." He finishes talking.

"I have had a vision of a warrior of incomprehensible power on the way to this city. If we don't keep the noble's and their ego's in-check. The warrior will kill them all and gut the city at it's foundation's." I say to them in a worried voice. By the look's on their face's I got my point across. While the idea doesn't sound bad. We need their money to keep this city afloat. It's a vicious cycle, that can't be broken as of now.

"I can see why you had called us all here at this time. Do you know who this person is?" Priest James say's taking the lead in the conversation.

"The person in question was hidden from my gaze. Which either mean's they have a magical item that can block 5th tier seer magic or they are a creature of higher existence. We haven't had a higher life form walk our world in centuries. With the amount of power it has, it's safe to say it's not a magic item" I finish with confidence. My seer magic is never wrong unless of a magic item or extreme power from a higher being interfere's with it.

To say we have a crisis would be ground's for a hefty reward. I have never heard Priestess Heart say such thing's about the future. Whatever this creature is, they can be our doom if we don't play this right. The thought of a higher life form bringing death upon us worries me to the core. If it happen's, then there is no one that can stop it.

I will pray heavily until it arrive's, only god can save us from this. Priest Buck and Priestess Ruth will take care of the noble's while we tend to the being. If the noble's catch wind of it's power, they will offend the creature for sure, either by accident or on purpose. They can't help it, they don't understand the matter's of war and death. They only understand who can give them power and money.

~~~(POV Lyatt Folster)~~~

I have been flying for a day now and it's starting to get dark. I'm glad Lilian gave me supplies for the trip. I should arrive the day after tomorrow, in the morning. I will head straight to the church so I can get settled in. I won't hide the fact I'm excited to meet more people, despite my appearance. I hope to make friend's like I did with the Bluefoot's.

I slow down to rest for the night. 'I wonder what the first city will look like.' I think to myself. I hope that there is a place I can wash myself. My armor and weapon don't need to be maintained, but my body still sweat's and has stink. I don't smell bad yet, but I still want to clean myself. I will also need to find a place to sleep. The church will surely help with that and I can talk to more people about this world.

~~~(POV Priest Buck)~~~

These noble's better not screw this up. I am still waiting to see the Baron and his council. I can only hope they listen to reason. After another 10 minute's I am called in. Baron Willer does not look happy about being woken up this late.

"Why have you dragged us from our home's and wive's, priest's?" Willer say's to Ruth and I. I need to choose my word's carefully here.

"I want to urge the noble council about something coming to our city. One of our seer's has seen the future and all the noble's and your official's will suffer greatly." I say to Willer in a concerned tone. Trying to hide the existence of the creature.

"Humph...How are you so certain that this will past? It seem's to me that this is only one future that you have seen. If we deal with the problem head on, then there won't be a suffering for my friend's and I, no?" Willer say's to me in a cocky voice. He doesn't understand that money and political power can't save you from something like this.

~~~(POV Priestess Ruth)~~~

It seem's we will have to use a different method. "The church will compensate the noble's if you keep your nose out of it and keep your men away to." I say to Willer. The only language the noble's speak is the one of money. Bribing them always work's.

"Hmm....I expect you to hold to that agreement. I want 20% more for the next two months." He say's in a matter of fact tone. I really hate nobility. They only care about themselves.

It is pricey, but we will be keeping this city alive by doing that. "Of course Baron Willer. Thank you for listening to our request." I say to the greedy man. I can tell Buck isn't happy with me, but we had no choice.

An event the church is afraid of. So badly in fact, they will accept my insane request. If I knew they would have, I would have started off bigger. Whatever this event is, it is surely a person, I need to reign it in, everyone has a price after all. With power to scare the church, I can climb even higher than the rank of Baron. This is the perfect time to move forward with the plan's.

Marcus will be able to spy on them without getting noticed. "Contact Marcus and have him come here for a job. Tell him I'll pay double the usual." I can turn this situation into something for my gain.

I lay against a tree for the night and close my eye's. I should investigate the situation of the other city's after my couple of month's in Loyts. I want to see the rest of this world now. How can I ignore the fact that a grand adventure is in-front of me, waiting to be had. I have many idea's I want to try, but I can only do one at a time. It's not like I have a time limit. Assuming I have all of Amare Vita's power, that mean's I have immortality to. I am not in a rush anymore so I should enjoy every second of this.
