Kasmine's POV

Over the next few days Anthony was busy preparing the pack for the coming war he tightened my security and even had Jackie And Her fraternal twin Sister Emilia stick by my side the entire time before the war began.

But today is the day in starts. a few guards led us and the non warrior citizens of the pack to a safe house where we could be safe.

Anthony's POV

"Tyler are they safe" I asked my beta as we approached the border "yes alpha and incase anything goes wrong we've given the Luna instructions to meet with your family" he replied "good" I said when we finally stopped at the border of my territory and neutral ground.

no more the 5 feet away was Alpha Ryan no doubt he had something planned I could see it in his eyes "Alpha Anthony Williams what a pleasure it is to see you, it's unfortunate we must under these circumstances" Alpha Ryan said a smile plain on his face.

"Says the man who declared war on my pack" I replied "All I want is the girl who can Link any wolf" he said calmly "I thought this was about your mate" I said through gritted teeth. "it is, well sort of I plan to force her as my mate a wolf who can Link any wolf not in her pack that's a keeper" he said his smile even wider

"ATTACK PROTECT YOUR LUNA" I yelled and the war officially began.

Kasmine's POV

"Don't worry Luna I'm sure everything will be fine" Emilia said putting her hand on my shoulder "I hope so and how many time do I have to tell you just to call me Kazzy" I replied "heh sorry Kazzy" she said scratching her head.

Suddenly we heard a loud bang and we began to hear fighting out side "everyone stay quiet" I said as jackie ran over to Emilia and I "What are the chances that the enemy has gotten here already" I linked Emily which is the name she preferred to be called.

"not very high but still possible" she replied. the door blew open and there stood a tall man with blonde hair and a scar on his left eye "which one of you is the Lycan" he asked "But sir aren't we all lycan's?" a little girl asked walking over to him "Jess no" a women yelled. the man bent down to the little girls level and no one moved afraid that if we did he would hurt her.

"What's your name kid" he asked "I'm jess" she said with a smile "Well Jess in a way we are all Lycan's but a pure blood Lycan is one who as special ablities and tend to have only Alpha blood in them" he said then suddenly grabbed the girl and put a life to her throat.

"Now which of you is the Lycan" he said again "It's me it's me just let her go" I said and he through her back to the crowd "When we leave follow from a distance I know your skills Emily so I know you can do it" I linked Emily and Jackie.

he came over and grabbed my arm "if anyone follows I will kill you" he said and dragged me out of the safe house. as we walked outside all I saw was blood stained grass from the guards, their bodies were so destroyed the only way they could be identified would be by dental records.

"Why are you doing this" I asked as he continued to drag me "that's none of your business Wolf of misfortune" he replied 'i have to think of how to get out of this mess' I thought to myself.

"you have to shift" a strange voice said in my head "who are you" I linked back to the unknown voice "you have to shift" the voice said again "of I shift it could hurt my baby" I replied "you must shift if you want to live" the voice said and without thinking I shifted into my White wolf.

before the man that dragged me out of the safe house could do anything I attacked him I went straight for the neck and snapped it like a twig.

"Kazzy!" I heard Jackie's voice ring through the trees. I ran over to her and rubbed against her "here shift back and put these on" she said holding a pair of clothes I shifted back to my human form and got dressed "What now we can't go back to the safe house and risk the pack citizens again" Emily said as she leaned against a tree.

I smiled and pulled a map out of my pocket then held it up "Anthony gave us a back up plan" I said and opened the map "the territory is big so it'll take about 7 hours to get there as long as we don't get stopped or change direction" I said pointing to another safe house on the map

"well then let's get moving shall we" Jackie said and we began to walk east in the direction of the house

ANTHONY'S POV

The war raged on and there were already countless casualties from both sides I fought one wolf after another ripping of limbs and tearing each apart one by one I will protect my mate at all costs.

suddenly I was surrounded by 6 wolves they came charging at me and piled atop me and began to bite and scratch me tyler came rushing over and began to throw the wolves off and as he did I killed the ones he didn't get.

"Anthony can you hear me" Kazzy linked me "Yeah what's wrong are you ok" I linked back and continued to fight "Jackie Emilia and I had to leave the safe house were on our way to your parents I just wanted you to know" she said through the link "Alright stay safe" I linked back.

Kasmine's POV

"how are you feeling since you shifted can you tell if the baby is ok" Emily asked as we continued to walk "I'm fine let's just concentrate on getting to the safe house" I replied.

BANG! we heard a gunshot and a sudden pain shot threw my arm "Agh" I fell to the ground in sudden pain as Jackie and Emily ran over to me. I looked up to see two people walking closer to us a man and a woman "Hello Kasmine" the man said his voice ringing through my ears as their faces came into view.

"Mom, and Dad" I said as I looked at the gun in my mother's hand.
