10 Chapter 10

Third person POV

'Kasmine...' an unknown voice rang through her head. 'Kasmine' they say again "Who's there, who are you" Kazzy replies confused 'I'm your mate' the unknown voice says and Kazzy jumps awake.

Kasmine's POV

I jumped awake in complete shock 'what the hell was that' I thought to myself 'i already have a mate' I sat their for a minute when the door to the room opened. "hey are you ok" Anthony said peaking his head through the door. "I was able to feel how uneasy you are from my office" he continued.

"yeah I'm fine" I said my voice a little less frog like then the day before "Alright well hurry up and get ready your meeting my family today" he said with a smile then closed the door leaving me alone 'he does that a lot' I thought to myself.

I got up got some clothes out of the dresser along with a towel and went into the bathroom turning on the shower. I was in the shower for a half hour before I decided to get out, I dried my body and hair and put on my clothes.

I made my way downstairs to the kitchen and grabbed an apple taking a bite out of it. over the past few weeks my life became significantly better. it was as if the goddess finally heard my pleas. if only I knew then what my fate would become only 5 days from now.

"are you ready" I turned to see Anthony standing in the door way and nodded "yup" I said my voice was slowly becoming less raspy and I was happy but I still found it weird.

we got In the car and drove about 15 minutes until we pulled into a drive way. the house was a big bluish color and had a beautiful garden in the yard.

we got out of the car then walked up to the door and knocked. after a minute the door opened. before I could say anything I was rapped in a hug by Rosa "oh it feels like it's been forever since I saw my new daughter-in-law" Rosa said releasing me from the hug.

"hello dear" she said kissing Anthony on the cheek "hello mom" he replied "alright no more standing around come in come in" Rosa said in a hurry.

we walked in and were greeted by 4 others "Kazzy meet my brother's Marco and Milo they are 16 and complete idiots" Anthony said "hey!" they said at the same time "and this is my Sister, Marie, shes 19 and is probably the most mature out of any of us" Anthony continued ignoring his brothers protest. "hello mom has told me a lot about you" Marie said.

"I wish I could say the same" I replied.

suddenly a phone began to ring we all looked over to Anthony and saw him answer it "alright I'll be right there" he said and hung up "I have to go do you mind if Kazzy stays here" Anthony asked looking towards his mother.

"of course not" Rosa said and Anthony quickly left. we stood in silence for a minute when the door bell rang I smelled the air and knew exactly who it was "Rosa opened the door and the next thing I know I'm in a hug.

"um Jackie what are you doing here" I said as she squeezed the life out of me "I heard you were coming to meet the alphas family and figured since Rosa made such amazing food she wouldn't mind if I just popped up" jackie said releasing me from the hug.

"wait so you just showed up without warning" I said shocked "if it makes you feel better Kaz she does this a lot so mom prepares food for her just in case in advance" Marie said and I turned around giving her a weird look. "did you just give me a nickname for my nickname?" I questioned.

"yup and I'm sticking with it" Marie replied with a wink. "Alright, Alright come to the kitchen Jackie while the boys and Marie watch over Kazzy, we have some snacks to prepare" Rosa said walking into the kitchen. "yes ma'am" Jackie replied chasing after her.

"So how's the pregnancy so far" the twin I assumed to be Marco asked "pretty good I guess, I don't like how it happened but I intend to make the most of it I guess" I replied "that's good and it's all you can do, most females give birth and either disown their pups or give them up for adoption I'm glad your not like that after all you've been through" anthony's father said. he seemed to be a very wise man for all the rumors that surrounded him.

ANTHONY'S POV

"Mind telling me what was so important you had to take me away from my mate" I said my eyes turning orange with rage "Alpha I got word that Alpha Ryan is going to attack" Tyler said with a firm look "are you sure" I replied shocked.

"Positive one of his men was sent here to give us the declaration of war apparently we have his mate on our territory and never told him" Tyler said. "I see fine the prepare the pack for war and I want extra guards on my mate understand" I said "yes Alpha" he replied and Left the room.

"if that lunatic Alpha wants to challenge me then so be it but he is now challenging my pack and he will pay the price" I said my self punching the wall as hard as I could leaving a hole in it

"Kasmine's POV

At this point in time I had been with Anthony's family about 2 hours. we talked mostly about the baby and what we would name it if it was a girl or boy. As usual Jackie was thinking of amazing baby names and while talking about names I actually found out that Jackie's full name is Jacqueline I couldn't believe I didn't find that out till now.

suddenly the door bursts open and Anthony is standing in the door way "Anthony what's wrong?" I asked standing up "what happened" I said again Anthony looked around the room. then looked at me "war is about to start" he said and we all grew even more silent.
