6 Which Agency Was It Again?

TSR silently left the building he was in(he didn't teleport because the effects of the anti-power material were still strong). As he left the room he realized he was in the backroom of a Chinese restaurant called "Ching Chong Ramen" (but racism aside) in the US, so he quickly teleported back into his room as the anti-power radiation effects had finally disappeared. He reached his room and laid in his bed and fell asleep without noticing. Suddenly he was woken up by an annoying ringing noise, it took him a second to realize that his boss was calling. 'Oh good morning, sir.', said TSR to his boss over the phone. 'Good morning TSR, I heard you had an incident with Scarlet you don't need to tell me as I've heard from my informants and I also told TIC to try and find the agency involved.' TSR headed to his friend TIC 328(Tracing and Investigation Commander), on his way there he just pulled a cup of coffee he made last week(but didn't get the chance to drink it) from his inventory. As he reached there TIC 328 was already waiting for him. 'You're not that early, very surprising', said TIC. 'I know it's just that my mind is very full and I'm confused.', replied TSR trying to sort out his thoughts. 'The agency involved was most likely NagaHiro(it was called this way because the two founders who founded the agency 18 years ago had their parents killed in the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings of 1945) as they are the only agency known to utilize anti-power material 3 and a half years ago and they were also the first agency to go independent and expand after the government stopped funding agencies with the help of The Secret Shadows(TSR's agency if you didn't know). So now NagaHiro was targeting both the agency as well as the government. This was not good, not good at all.
