It's been a year since Ruan Daiyu entered the palace but many officials and nobles have yet to meet the Queen for she has a sickly disposition. Or so everyone believes. Ryuu Empire's Empress Ruan Daiyu may be a sickly and unknown persona to the elites, but her alter ego Anning, a traveler who treats the sickly and cooks for the poor, is well-loved by the common folks. Ruan Daiyu may have kept up her act for a year but the past is catching up and her mask is cracking. Palace politics and romantic feuds inevitably pull her in. ▪️ I've kept the synopsis short because I don't want to reveal all my hand. Although, I'm excited enough to want to babble everything.
