176 Punishment

I narrow my eyes, trying to understand. I look to the two behind him before looking back at his nonexistent face. Why do I feel like something else is happening here? He lifts his hooded head a little and says "Well, do you accept your punishment?" They didn't say a word about me grabbing something or altering anything. 

I tilt my head to the side a little, trying to understand what it was that I was missing. Why does he seem... happy? Or was it expectant? I slowly turn around and look at the old man with a confused frown. 

He looked terrified. Great. He starts shaking his head 'no' over and over again. I slowly turn back to the Grimreaper in front of me before leaning forward and whispering "If I say no?" The Grimreaper whispers back "It's best if you didn't. Trust me."
