181 A Bound Soul

As soon as we walk into the Common area, everyone freezes again, even Kelic. I ignore the looks and walk over to the table before asking "Has anything happened while I was gone?" Tia sits down as well and says "No. We are becoming more acquainted with this world and the way things are here. This world is much better than Boisan. It has endless supplies of food and water." 

I nod and slightly smile as I say "That's good. I hope you all can live here in peace and find a new way of life in this world." Tia beams at me as Kelic walks over and asks "What the hell happened? Are you sick?" 

He leans forward, sniffing at me, but Thane quickly stops him and says "She isn't ill. Anything but." Kelic frowns at that last part as I say "I'm fine Kelic. Have your men settled in their new rooms?" Kelic blinks and nods before saying "Yes, we all love our new home... thank you."
