168 Leaving No Gap Between Them

Emmett followed Jennifer, who first took him to the garden situated behind her house.

Emmett tried to walk beside her, for her to only fasten her steps as she walked ahead of him, everytime he tried walking with her.

Emmett smirked as he watched her fastening her pace and trying to get away from him.

'How will you be able to get away from me once we are alone?'

"This is our garden, we usually like to spend our family time here. Okay let's go inside now."

Emmett just raised his brows when he found that she was trying to stay away from him as much as possible.

He actually was ready to play the cat and mouse game with her. So he silently followed her.

Next she took him to tour the ground floor, where they had a small gym situated. Emmett stood quietly as he continued to stare at the beautiful girl in front of him while she showed him the gym and the equipments.

After touring him through the ground floor, she took him to the first floor where her parents room and a study room was situated.

She always made sure that she would be a metre ahead of him while walking. And she was a little relieved when he didn't ask anything and just nodded to whatever she said.

She didn't know why but she was feeling a bit nervous around him. It was actually the first time she felt that.

Was it because of his words, he had said earlier?

Her cheeks again tainted in pink as she remembered his words.

Was it first time someone had said such a heartfelt words to her?

Yes, it was. All the previous ones she had met did speak sweet words, but they hadn't come from their heart. It was just their lust speaking.

They had always wanted to take advantage of her. She could also now differentiate between truths and lies.

Having gone through a difficult period two years back, she had made sure to learn some tricks and with her continuous participation and encounter with different people, she had slowly learned a method to determine whether the person was speaking the truth or was lying through his or her voice.

She was lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice her footsteps which had slowed down.

When she came into a sudden contact with something hard, yet soft at the same time, she lost her footing and her body arched forward.

Embracing herself for the fall, she closed her eyes. But the expected fall didn't come, instead she found herself into a familiar embrace.

The smell of rosewood wafted into her nostrils, making her confused as she let her body loose.

He smelled so nice!

When Emmett found her pace slowing down, he didn't stop walking, so he ended up clashing with her back.

And when she was about to fall down, he held her soft waist.

With her body finally in his, he smiled. This was what he was waiting for since he had seen her coming down, changed into the red dress.

This was why he had not stopped and had collided with her.

Her body felt soft in his arms, with her two mounds pressing against him, which made his eyes darken with something....lust?

His arms tightened around her when he felt her body suddenly go weak. He so wanted to kiss her but had to held himself back for the time being.

He wouldn't want his mother-in-law to stumble upon a steamy scene.

Breathing in her ears, he whispered, "Are you alright Jenny?"

It was the first time he had called her real name.

Though he did call her in the past, but that memory didn't exist for her.

Jennifer shuddered after she felt his breathe on her right ear.

Stuttering she answered, "I...I am...alright."

Gulping in nervousness, she tried to move her body away from him, from his embrace.

But it seemed impossible as he was holding tight onto her and her body had also turned weak.

Emmett further tightened his arms around her, leaving no gap between them.

Jennifer felt her breasts getting smashed in his sturdy chest.

Blood rushed up her neck, making its way to her face, which didn't take time to turn red. She had to hide her face in his chest so that he wouldn't notice the change. But her ears betrayed her as they turned into a dark shade of pink.

Jennifer mumbled incoherently, with her face still in his chest, "Let me go."

But would he? No, he would not.

Why would he let his prey go when he had waited for such a long time and now that he had already captured it.

Tucking a strand of her hair behind her right ear, he whispered again, "What did you say, en?"

Jennifer felt so weak that she couldn't think straight and with his breathy air in her ears, how could she think rationally?

Clinging onto his suit, she pleaded in a low voice, which was barely hearable.

"I..I said, let me go."

She wondered what was happening to her? This was the first time she was feeling something like that.

Though the feeling wasn't bad, but she didn't like how her body was turning submissive in his embrace.

Emmett smirked when he saw her condition. This was the result he had wanted. He wanted her to get affected by their closeness.

He knew that winning her heart wasn't simple, so he decided to first make her body submit to him.

It didn't meant that he was waiting for a chance to gobble her up. Even though he really wanted to eat her up, he didn't want to force her or take advantage of her.

He would only claim her body after getting her heart.

But that didn't mean he couldn't have a fair share of his delicious meal.

Bitting her lightly on her ear, he spoke in a hoarse voice, "I couldn't hear you Jenny. Will you speak a little more louder for me to hear you clearly?" Saying that he kissed on the spot he had just bit on.

A shudder ran down her spine, with the sudden attack on her ear. She felt goosebumps rising on her skin, not in a bad way but in a good one.

Her heartbeat had started to pick up its pace and she feared that he would feel it, given how close they were standing, left with nearly no gap between them.

Trying to distance herself from him, she failed once again as he was holding her quite tightly.

She could have used some moves on him to get out of his grip but she didn't due to two reasons.

Firstly, her mother would come to know and the outcome would be worse. And secondly, she didn't have energy to fight him.

So it was useless for her to try escaping from his embrace.

"You aren't answering me Jenny!! What did you say, speak more loudly?"

But Jennifer didn't have the energy to even move her mouth. It felt as though the devil in front of her had sucked her dry.

Seeing the girl not responding to him, Emmett's lips curved into a cunning smile.

With his finger, he traced her spine slowly, all the way down to the end of her spine, just above her hips.
