5 Chapter 5, Offer of life and death

"What's that got to do with me?" the guy asked, pretending he didn't understand.

"Should I tell her myself, or will you do it yourself?" Theodore asked, slowly moving closer to them.

Andre tensed, but tried not to show it.

"What do you have to tell me, Andre?" she asked, hoping it wasn't something bad.

"Okay," Theodore said, "Why did you set her up, and now you're yelling at her for provoking you," the guy said.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Andre tried to push away.

"Then I'll refresh your memory," Theo said, moving even closer to Andre, " You were the one who originally told Rainer about Erica's problems for what he paid you.
