8 Chapter 8: Mom's birthday and The shock

Next day Rahul came to his senses and sees that Prince, his brother and his mother were sitting beside him. Rahul wanted to get up when prince suddenly came and helped him to sit properly. His mother said that Prince hasn't left the hospital since yesterday. Rahul sees towards Prince, asked him to take some rest as he is alright. Prince agreed and goes back to the palace with Ms Briganza to take some rest. On the other hand Rahul was discharged to home with a big round plaster around his head. His mother helped him to his room and said that she would cook porridge for him so that he can cure quickly.

In the evening, Mom was in the kitchen Vishal doing his college work and Rahul sleeping in his room. Suddenly the door bell rings, Mom opens the door and is surprised to see that Prince Vir was standing in front of the door.

"Prince?????"

"Yes, Mom ! "

"But, How come you are here? "

"Mom, This bouquet is bit heavy, can I come in and then have a talk?"

"Ohh ! Sorry dear, please come in. But we don't have proper facilities for your hospitality."

"Oh! come on Mom, I am just like your child. Why do you need to apologise for that? I can manage with anything you want."

Mom offers a chair to prince and asks him to wait as she was going into the kitchen to bring cup of tea and snacks. Vishal comes rushing and sees Prince sitting on the chair. Standing a bit far from prince Vishal says that he had seen him before somewhere. Prince said that he met him when he had come to Search Rahul the other day. Vishal remembers that he was rude to him and goes back. While mom comes back with a cup of tea and snacks in a plate . Prince wanted to have the snacks with Rahul so he went directly to Rahul's room with the snacks and finds that he was sleeping . Prince keeps the plate on the table beside the bed and sits near Rahul. Rahul misunderstanding Prince to be his mom starts murmuring.

"Iam sorry maa, I couldn't be a good son to you. Today is your birthday and I couldn't even present the sareee I had promised to buy."

Prince gets up , goes out makes a call and comes in and sits beside Rahul again.

Half an hour later the door bell rang again and this time Prince opened the door and received the package he had ordered for . Prince asks the mom to wear the saree and accessories as it was her b'day and also to make Rahul happy. Prince goes up wakes Rahul. When he wakes up he was shocked as well as surprised to see his mom neatly dressed with the fine silk saree and also wore several jewelry. Rahul turned towards prince as if his eyes were thanking Prince. Later the cake was cut and the b'day party was done. As it was late in the night Mom asked Prince to stay. Prince agreed and was with Rahul in his room. Rahul and Prince were both on the same bed Prince hugging Rahul and cuddling his hear with his finger.

" Thank you ! Prince for today. This would be the most happiest moment in my life."

"You are my life, How can I not make my life happy."

Rahul feels a bit shy and turns his head the other way . He asks Prince to sleep as it was too late in the night. Next day when Rahul woke up Prince was gone. Later he received a message from prince saying that he had some urgent thing to attend so he had to leave early in the morning.

Few days passed and Rahul got his head cured and was ready to go to the university again.

Rahul was a bit sad and also angry as he had not received any calls or messages from Prince . He took the bus and reached the campus. To his surprise he didn't see Prince in the campus . After attending the classes he asks his friends about prince But he got no information about him. In the evening he went to the palace and wasn't allowed to enter the palace. He recieved a envelope which had money in it saying that was his salary.

Rahul with a hard mind came back and was worried about Prince. Next day he met his home room teacher and got to know that Prince had left the college and gone to London. Hearing this Rahul was shocked and was about to cry. Rahul rushed towards the washroom, enters a room and starts crying. Later puru and Nikhil helps him out.

Rahul couldn't walk properly so he dribbled as he walked. All five friends meet again, seeing Rahul's condition all five were disheartened. They wanted their Rahul back so they started consoling him. After several days of consoling Rahul was normal to his life. But only Rahul knew that he still couldn't forget prince.

Months passed and the final exams were on the way . Rahul visited a software company to get the information for his report. He visits the company and goes to the receiptionist and enquired about the details he needed. He was directed to HR manager room by the person. Rahul knocks the door and enters the room, he meets the HR personnel and explains everything he needed for the report.

The manager asks the topic on which Rahul wanted to prepare the report. Training and development was the topic suggested by Rahul, manager agrees and asks him to get the necessary details from the receiptionist. Hr manager also offers the job to Rahul after his graduation. Rahul leaves the room and takes the information about the report. Prepares the report and submits it to the teacher. Rahul and five friends get graduated and start a new proffesional life. Though they parted after graduation still they were in touch with each other.
