32 Stay Here or With Me?

"Eli!" Aunt Sussie called as she finishes cleaning the kitchen while Oberon and Velo discuss how to keep watch of Eli.

"You said that Eli can do what she wants again, right?" Oberon turned to Aunt Sussie, "Then, can she keep Velo by her side?"

Aunt Sussie knows that Eli wouldn't mind, but having someone around her 24/7 will not make her happy, "Why don't you ask her?"

Eli went out of her with her hair tied in a ponytail while earing a beanie. She doesn't want to attack attention with her weird hair color right now. After they go to the library, she's thinking of getting her hair dyed to cover the silver hair. She has to do that or going to school will gain her a lot of eyes on her hair.

"Hey," Eli said as she hops to fix her shoes.

"Eli, can you bring Velo with you at all times? We have to make sure that your curse won't suddenly get back." Oberon immediately said.

Eli looked at him with confusion, "Do I have to?"

It's not a big deal to have company, but she wouldn't agree right off the bat. It's still more comfortable having some along time.

"Yes, it's best if you do that. Don't worry, Velo won't be on your way unless he has to."

Eli shrugged her shoulders then smiled at Velo, "Then, I'm pleased to have a shaman around," she said then bumps his arms.

Eli headed to the door, for some reason, she felt excited while preparing to meet Taylan.

Is it because of what happened last night? Is it because she's back home, and she can do what she wants again? Or is it because she'll meet him?

Her heart won't calm down while her whole body started fidgeting.

She opened the door and cheerfully called Aunt Sussie, "Let's go!" she yelled then started to walk.

Velo had to run after her since he has to start now in staying with Eli. Any second is a danger. Just one wrong glance and Eli can be controlled by the curse again.

Velo watches Eli walk beside him with a wide cheerful smile while she happily hums. Even if they gave her a potion to keep the curse's effect at minimum, it's still dangerous, especially if Vanford will get a hold of her again.

"Eli, about what you said earlier. What happened to Willow when he found out that his past lover was his King's bride?" Velo curiously asked.

"From what I remember, the first time Willow saw E with the King, he was undeniable shocked, but he turned his surprise into anger and started scolding Taylan."

"Who's E?" Velo asked. He never heard that name before, and his intuition's telling him that it's the same person Ben was seeing.

"Oh, didn't I tell you? It's the Queen's soul. I see her and Tram, the son of Taylan and the Queen."

Eli didn't realize that she was already entering the library when she said that, while Trace and Jade were cleaning up the library before they put it on sale.

Trace furrowed his brows with the word about the supposed to be Prince while Jade messaged Willow telepathically about the Queen's arrival.

Trace wasn't able to think that Eli was the Queen for a second when he heard about Tram, he immediately went to her and asked, "Tram? You mean, the Prince?"

Eli was surprised to see Trace with such bothered expression, but she's even more surprising to see the 'FOR SALE' signage on the entrance door.

"Wait, you're selling the library?" Eli asked.

"Yes, answer me, is it the Prince?" Trace spoke fast.

"But you can't! I'm working here!" Eli protested.

Trace wrinkled his brows, then he realized who he was talking to. For a minute, he saw Eli as the regular Eli, and not the Queen. He became disrespectful and even demanded her to answer his question.

He bowed in front of Eli without another word, "I apologize, My Queen. If you want my head on a platter, I will ask Jade to cut it right now as a punishment."

Eli groaned, here they go again. But what she did was take the signage and throw it on a trash can.

Jade bowed for Eli when he got the confirmation from Willow to bring Eli to the kingdom.

"My Queen, if you do not wish to sell the library, we will tell the King to keep it."

Eli shook her head in disappointment, she thought she's near to going back to normal, that she can go back to work again, go to school and enjoy her life, but here are her friends, still calling her 'Queen'.

"You know what?" Eli sighed and turned to Aunt Sussie, "Let's do this some other day when they finally realize that I am not the Queen." She said in between her breath while trying to subside the anger and sadness.

"Eli..." called Taylan as he goes down of the stair.

Eli didn't even think twice and turned around with a wide smile on her face the moment she heard his warm voice.

And without any question, she unconciously ran to Taylan and jumped to hug him, which sent everyone a shock.

Eli felt her chest grow full and excited as he wrap her arms around Taylan. It's as if her sadness of not getting her normal life back didn't even appeared.

The world is spinning right again, and the dangers doesn't exist right in this moment.

"I missed you," Taylan whispered while hugging Eli back.

But he noticed that her hair has turned into brown again, even though there are still silver hair.

Ele noticed that her beanie had gone off when she jumped, so she immediately broke the embrace and took the beanie from the floor and wore it.

Willow froze when he saw her actions, he thought Taylan just let her stay in her home, but her condition's still the same, yet here she is, acting in her own accord.

Velo, Aunt Sussie and Oberon looked at each other when they saw both the King and Willow staring at Eli.

Now that Eli has her own destiny at hand, will she continue to love the same person she loves when she died or go back to her first love and continue their disconnected relationship in the past?

The three of them felt as if they are watching a telenovela unfold in front of them.

But the danger of reality weighs heavier than any entertainment can possibly make.

"Eli," Aunt Sussie called, "We were here for a reason, aren't we?"

Eli turned back to Aunt Sussie with a flustered face then she hurriedly walked behind her Aunt.

Why does she always realize what she had done right after she did it? Just like yesterday, she acted based on her excitement towards Taylan.

But seeing Willow sent her to the edge even more. He has a few scratches and bruises, and she's sure that Taylan did that.

Is it because of her?

Is it because Willow wanted to drink her blood yesterday?

Was Taylan jealous?

Or he was just being selfish and prideful?

Eli buried her face at the back of her Aunt while thinking, "I want to go home..." she whispered.

"We can't, Eli. Let's get this over with," Aunt Sussie replied then she turned to Taylan, "We have to discuss about Eli, will she stay here or with me?"
