14 THE SHAPESHIFTER ADVERSARY

29-0ctober-2018 (Anne Journey) A Dream.

She turned around in an instant she felt there seemed a pair of curious eyes that's watching her back. A very young man on his teenage years suddenly leaped before her wearing a mysterious smile.

"Hi! I'm Steve! I just want you to know that I'll come soon, maybe a year or two, but I'll surely come unexpectedly, the soonest. I'm your friend! I'll help everyone."

Then, he left as if he's leaping here and there, so fast that no one could follow his trail, with a burst of lingering meaningful laughter echoing in the air.

He had an innocent face that's quite good-looking but the lady felt some uneasiness to that young lad, something seemed not quite right. On her thoughts, she's suspicious of that lad and her intuition dictated her that behind that beautiful face, there seemed a hidden mysterious dangerous being.

From a distance, she stood alone quietly, her eyes were fixed on a certain direction no one knew. She watched a certain scene as if she's an audience in a show as if she's viewing a scene remotely no matter how far they were.

She had seen everything, she'd seen the actions of her target being.

She was shocked, the young lad she'd met earlier suddenly transfigured himself to an elderly man. Then that man joined to a group of two people that seemed in serious discussions. They were in a meeting, with maps on the table they seemed had a great plan. They were in the midst of their planning session when that young lad who turned out as an old man came. The two younger people then came to a halt and greeted their newly arrived companion. Through the respect they gave, the elderly man was their leader.

Then they stand together with the old man in the middle behind a table that's a waist level. He was holding a globe of the world and his fiery eyes were fixed on something within it. He's intently looking to that globe when suddenly his face changed to a distorted look with red lines cracking to his face like the drips of blood or fiery roots on his face surface. He suddenly laughed loudly upon looking at the globe's surface with that terrifying look on his face.

The lady was so terrified and she'd confirmed that her intuition was right. The young lad she had seen earlier turned out to be an old man with terrifying features. Through the things she'd witnessed, those group of people was planning to do horrifying things the world could hardly expect. They were capable of transformation or to be able to perform shapeshifting in any form even imitate the form of any human being that could deceive anyone in this ordinary material world.
