Because they're two idiots when it comes to one another, that's why. They all left the shopping center together, and once outside they went in opposite directions due to where their neighborhood was located, meaning that Yuriko and Takeru had to stop from holding hands, making them feel both relieved and regretful, and as the two acted embarrassed in front of one another

Because they were both suddenly pushed forward, they both lost their balance and as Yuriko and Takeru tried to dodge each other, they grabbed one another and managed to get in a weird position, then Ayano pushed Yuriko just a little bit more from behind, making Yuriko lose her balance and fall on Takeru, who tried to help Yuriko regain her balance, and for a moment they managed to do it, but then one of her foot slipped, making her go forward just enough for her chest to touch his face

They both blushed further the longer they remained in their position, as they tried to fix their weird positions. Then Takeru noticed that Yuriko's soft chest felt awfully familiar, while Yuriko felt that Takeru's face on her chest felt kind of familiar, and they were quick to notice what was causing that, making them even more embarrassed, and their positions with Takeru holding Yuriko's waist with his other arm, and Yuriko hugging Takeru with one arm over and the other under his shoulders
Then after who knows how long for them, they managed to get out of that embarrassing position, only for the other three girls to push them again, this time making their lips overlap, they remained like that for 10 seconds until they recovered from the shock of their lips meeting, then the two finally managed to go back to stand straight, as they were unable to look at each other, then they both turned their backs to each other and walked away, with Yuriko grabbing and dragging her two childhood friends by their collars, while Takeru grabbed his sister by the neck and dragged her with him when the two were out of sight from each other, they put down the shopping bags, and...
"You two better be ready to feel the consequences"
