"So shall we start the third phase?"

Then me and Koyomi senpai said,"Yes."

"As I told you earlier that the third phase shall decide the outcome of the case and it is indeed true.I am gonna use my equation but I don't want to name it otherwise it will be too obvious and it be like a spoiler."

Sakagami senpai looked at me and said,"Sukomi kun,do you recall anything about what happened yesterday after school?"

I was surprised to see that how Sakagami senpai know that.Then I said,"Ah.I don't recall that much but...."

"Sukomi kun if you are feeling embarrassed about anything, then we can't solve this case.So I request you to co-operate with us.We are always eligible to help you."

"Ah....after the school I went out with Asagi kun.I promised him that we will meet up after the school break.And this is pretty much all I can recall."

"Hmph.Let's see.Everyday the school ends at 3:00 p.m. so when did you actually meet up with him?"

"I think it was 4:00 p.m."

"If it was 4:00 p.m.the time you meet with him then what did you do for about one hour?"

Then my whole mind becamed completely blank.I couldn't think of anything to tell.Because I also don't remember what happened to me at that one hour.All I can remember is that I found myself in an old library.That old library was the old school building. And there were restrictions outside the building that the students should not enter.And above all I can't tell this to Sakagami senpai because if I tell many problems will start to appear.My head is spinning right now.I need to calm down.I need to find a way to slide up the question with another topic. And If I can do it it will be alright.

"Ah....Sakagami senpai...."

And before I could finish my sentence Sakagami senpai already tell to me,"Did you go to the library? "

Then I realized that if I tell any other word I might be in trouble. So I started to act like everything's normal.

"Yes I did."

"Sukomi kun please stop. Thank you for speaking. I just wanted to know that you have gone to the library or not.And you just spoke out the truth.And from here let me speak on."

And after that all my idea of sliding up the conversation would be a failure. Because Sakagami senpai have marked me from all direction.

"Let's see.Koyomi kun what's today's date?"

"9th February."

"Oh! I totally forgot about that.Well so yesterday was 8th February huh?"

"Yes.But Sakagami san don't you remember the date?"

"I can remember but these days I am forgetting pretty much of everything.I should see a doctor."

"So Sukomi kun don't you remember anything what happened to you yesterday after the school break and meeting with Asagi?"

"No.I can't remember anything except I have been to the library."

"Yesterday the main library was closed because Mr.Takagi was sick.And you said that you still went to the library. So how can you went to the library when it's closed? It's simple you go to another.But Sukomi kun there were other two libraries in the school.... but you didn't go there.Or maybe you don't know the way to look for the library. And having no choice you had to use the old library from the old campus."

Then Koyomi senpai would look at me with an unexpected surprised way.Then the face of Sakagami senpai became all gloomy. I was feeling nervous and a little bit of scared at that moment.

"Sukomi kun why did you go to the old campus?"

"I had to find a book for my English homework. So after seeing the library in the school closed,I had no choice but to go there."

"Before entering the old campus didn't you read the restrictions on the wall?"

"Yes.I read it but..."

"But! What! Why do you need to enter that building after everything else.I mean like.....that building is abandoned for more than twenty years now."

And at that moment I was feeling ashamed of myself. I was just standing there like a stone and listening those words that were echoing in my ears.

"Sakagami san, are you alright?"

"Yes.I just lost my control.Sorry Sukomi kun to shout at you."

"Sakagami san,here please take a glass of water."

"Thank you."

After drinking that glass of water,he tried to calm himself.Then he said to me,"We are not allowed to enter at the old campus.This notice was announced at the first day of the school.You have made a huge mistake. If you were find out by the authority or any other teacher then you would have been directly suspended. But you should be glad that I was there."

"Wait.You were there? But how? When I looked back and check there were no one so how did you follow me?"

"I didn't follow you.Before entering the old campus there is a CCTV camera hiding.So if anyone tries to go inside I can see that person clearly from up here with this laptop.Not only that there are four CCTV cameras hiding at the old campus.And every one of those CCTV cameras are surrounded and scouting the whole campus from every direction.So even if you try to do wall climb or do anything stupid it's not worth it. But you weren't the stupid one.Rather you just walked right through it.I was monitoring you all the way through the gate. But when you got inside the building then I couldn't see you anymore.I was checking my watch from time to time,but you weren't coming out.I had my doubts in my mind that something bad might have happened. And why won't it happen when you enter an abandoned building that is left out open for more than twenty years now.And after waiting for thirty minutes I really had to check whether you in danger or not.So I hurrily rushed to the old campus.I searched each and every floor of the building but when I was searching for you in the third floor, I felt something weird.When I was walking at the right side of the third floor all I could see are empty classrooms covered in dusts.I have to say one thing and that would be the whole environment changes inside the old campus. When I reached to the end I would see an old unused storage room.It was clearly visible that this storage room was also used a long long time ago.But there was one interesting thing in the room that got my attention. And that would be the broom.The broom was lying in the ground.And why would a broom lie in the ground in an empty jammed room where there is no window?Not even air from the outside can do it.So my only guess would be you,Sukomi kun.Because there was a high chance for you to come here in search of the library. And for some reasons when you were here in the storage room then you were searching something and at that moment your hand touched the broom and it fell into the ground.You didn't pick it up as it was covered with dust. Rather you went away from there.After figuring out it was you I have a clear vision in my mind that at this point you were scared of something you saw and then you started to run.You were running all the way to the left side of the third floor now.And at the end you saw an old library. So you quickly went inside the library and then you collapsed on the ground or more precisely you fainted,as an assumption of mine.And when I reached to the end of the left side,I also could see the old library. And after opening the door I saw you lying in the ground and there was a book beside your hand and that's book name was 'The Fall of Edenburg'.I had one thing in my mind and that would be did you pass out while reading this book? Of course, that is a stupid way of thinking.But still how did you pass out?Did you see anything scary?Or did you just faint after seeing that book? But well I took the book and try to see what's the story in there.When I open the first page of the book,the colour of the pages were a little bit of yellowish of the old times.And after reading the first ten pages of the book,I gather a clear idea that this book is the main book of Joseph Roseiro.Because this book doesn't just reveal the secret,it spoke to the readers like they were whispering in the ears.The person that Joseph Roseiro kept secret till end was Edin El Fiend.And his book 'The Fall Of Monarchy' was the fake title for the fake book rather the real title would be 'The Fall Of Edenburg'.Because in the plot of that book the whole conflict and the downfall of the Edenburg has been beautifully portrait. It was indeed the most magnificent book I ever read in my life.After finishing my reading I checked the author's name and his name was 'Mark Gustava' and I was pretty sure that Mark Gustava was that journalist who have sewn the main book of Joseph Roseiro. He wanted the main book to show it to the public.That's why he created this book keeping in similarities with the main book and changed the title in the end.But that book wasn't published, rather the copy that I read was the original book and there was no publishing date attached to it.If he wanted the public to know then why didn't he publish this book?But nevertheless he was the successful man in the end.I kept that book in my house because there is no guarantee that who might steal it in the library. And Sukomi kun it was I who wake you up but you didn't notice that.I took the book with me in hurry and left out after waking you up because there is no way I am gonna let a girl sleep in an old abandoned building. And for now everybody the case of Joseph Roseiro is solved."

"Sakagami san,you knew the whole answer from the beginning right?So why did you ask us?"

"Because solving on my own is quite boring.And solving the case with you guys is more fun and interesting. And Sukomi kun I forgive you but don't ever go to that old building anymore.

" Ok."

"I was really having a good time....Sukomi kun you can go now."

"Thank you."
