"Now what?" Core asked, looking right at me as we noticed the people outside the doors, making their way to the building. "You know what is going to happen." 

"I know," I said, playing with the snow in my hands. "I already talked it over with Yale. We are fine with it." 

"What do you mean?" Maya asked, looking between the three of us, confused. 

"Are you really sure?" Lucille asked, brows furrowing. So it seems even she has figured it out. 

"Yes," I said confidently, though a little part of me does not want to do this, I do not have many options at the moment. "Don't worry about us, we'll be fine." 

"I guess if you say so," Lucille said just as Maya threw snow at us, some pieces of the snow getting into my shirt. 

"Oh. That's cold." I said, pulling the snow out. "What's up, Maya?"
