DC: Likely Continental+ in his "Awakened" ceremonial Manifestation(it's noted that he's stronger when he gaines memories of his past and his ceremonial manifestation goes into an awakened state, should be comparable to the other gods), At least continental+ using Kusanagi-No-Tsurugi

Halo:Halos have many uses from allowing a Okuninushi to manifest his power, teleport between realms, manifest weapons/armor some of which allows them to breath underwater, the halo is also invisible to others.

He can also use his halo to travel between realms(human realm and his respective realm)

Master Swordsman:Has thousands of battles worth of experience from his past incarnation etched into his soul that gives his body natural reflexes for battle
