2 A New Chapter - Chapter 2

After weeks of travel and stopping by many places, we decided to move into a remote place. There we were greeted with warm, genuine smiles. It's also great for my daughter Allison, there's a bunch of kids her age and there's also a school for everyone.

Up above the hill, I decided to build a 2-story home for me and Allison. I worked on our house while Allison was taken care of by our nice neighbours, every afternoon I take a look at Allie. She really resembles her mum, 'what a sweetheart' I thought.

Upon remembering Cristina, my deceased wife, I slightly frowned. I look up to the sky and mumbled, 'I'm sorry, it's my fault you can't see our daughter's growth'. After going back to reality, I greeted the old lady and took Allison back to the small cottage I built for us to stay in temporarily, there we slept until we feel like waking up. Finally, after 2 whole months, I finished our humble abode! I never felt so proud, 'hehehe' I chuckled, I probably scared my dear daughter.

Anyways, in this very house, we will celebrate all kinds of events. From birthdays to anniversaries. Spending money was no problem for me, well at least for now. As a warrior/samurai I saved up more than average families, I have enough money to spend until Allison reaches the marriageable age, 16.

Reaching for a book behind my chair, I decided to read it. Its contents were:

*Allison at the age of 2 started walking.*

*Allison at the age of 2 and 1/2 started talking.*

I chuckled slightly, shutting my book close, I remembered that next week is Allison's 5th birthday! Oh boy, seems like I need to prepare a lot of things.w
