19 Chapter 19:Ohh great Dragon grant my wish
d There he was the steroid Dragon himself It was finally happening I finally get the chance to summon Porunga There he floated waiting for me to grant my wishes Toma and the others stood behind me admiring Porunga Nail stood to my side still puzzled at how I could understand and speak the ramekin language.
I look at Porunga as I grin wildly whilst holding out a piece of paper at him "Oh great dragon of dreams I would like to not waste anymore of your time than needed so here we go for my first wish I want what's on that list as it is written.
Arrot remembered how the should Guide had cheated him out of some wishes so he decided to fore fill them now.
The first list Arrot gave to porunga had immortality but with a few things specified
1. Will only stop showing signs of growing older at 25 years of age. (even tho Saiyans would only begin to show signs of aging at around 80 years they did not have incredible longevity plus who wants to look like an old man forever).
2. Poisons and fluids or substances that could harm full or prevent the body or mind from functioning properly will have no effect. But substances that help relax the body and are beneficial are allowed to have the effect so long as it doesn't harm the body or mind (meaning none of that bullshit of being stopped by poisons or something)
3. Any part of the body can regenerate at high speeds
4. immortality cannot be replicated scientifically through blood, hair, saliva, or flesh.
5. Can survive for long periods without oxygen and in harsh conditions.
6. Can quickly adapt to any conditions both physical and mental (the Saiyan body and biology already allowed this but this just maximized it)
7. had massive energy reserves.
After reading the list Porunga's eyes glow brightly at the same time arrot feels a surge in his body and he finally spoke It is done said Porunga now tell me your next wish.
Arrot grind as he tried to notice a difference in his body it wasn't obvious but he knew it was there he then pulled out a second piece of paper and handed it to Porunga who scanned the contents
I wish for all the universe's magical knowledge and talent
1. I want all the knowledge without any consequences of the Knowledge.
2. I want to be able to use said knowledge with no drawbacks that could cause self-harm.
3. I want the talent to match the knowledge.
As the Dragon's eyes glowed Arrow's head began to hurt this was similar to when Rin downloaded knowledge to him but this was much worse since it was all the magical information at once Toma and the others rushed over to Arrot who was in visible pain Nail only stood and watched at the display.
Arrot only felt the pain for a few seconds until his mind and body adapted to it the effects of the first wish were already taking effect He slowly got on his feet reassuring Toma and the others that he was fine after a minute or so all the Magical knowledge of the universe was know within his mind he looked deep within is mind and found that it was like a library that seemed to be in a sort of dimension within his mind and it was flowing with magical knowledge Arrot stopped looking around satisfied with what he saw.
He looked back at Porunga and grinned "You know dragon I am more pleased with these wishes than I thought". said Arrot with some confidence in his voice.
"HMM "it seems that you have forgotten your manners now that you are Immortal Saiyan" replied Porunga
'on the contrary ohh great Dragon I am simply grated full to you you just helped me build a path to my true goal"
Ohh and what goal might that be? asked Porunga slightly interested in what Arrot was talking about.
"That oh dragon is a surprise for both you and the universe, Anyway for my last wish it is something simple".
Porunga was slightly disappointed that Arrot didn't tell him straight away but he had patience so he waited for Arrots next wish.
Okey for my third and final wish I wish for you to bring all the Saiyans below the age of 10 that were off-world to planet soy (which was the planet Lett was sent to conquer)
1. Transport all Saiyan children that were not on planet Vegeta to planet soy. they must be 10 and below.
2.All Saiyan children except for Vegeta , Radditz, Goku(Kakarot) and Broly must be transferred
"Very well," the dragon said as his eyes began to glow brighter Arrot began to notice his body was glowing as well and so were the bodies of the others
As they were glowing Toma walked up to Arrot "Uhh Arrot I don't feel so good" and in a flash, she vanished and so did the others Arrot was about to follow them as he turned to face Nail who was watching him with a serious expression.
Oh, by the way, Mr. Naitriesry to train yourself a bit more who knows when that extra effort will pay off, by saving your life also say thanks to the Guru for me Byyyyeeee!!

Arrot vanished leaving behind Nail who was questioning what the young Saiyan meant.Even though he decided to imprint it in his memory and vowed to train himself even harder than before

What the hell is going on, how the flying flick did I get here where the heck is my spaces meal??
One moment I was just about to eat a spaces meal I saw a comical on my scouter saying it was the best food in space and I was ready to try some it looked amazing and as I'm about to take a bite my food diapers or more like I was transported or some shit geez.
I look around and I notice a bunch of other Saiyans about my age or younger appearing out of thin air, strange but hey what you gonna do I keep looking around trying to scan the area but as I touch my scouter it starts reacting to a high power level everyone else notices it we turn to where it's coming from six Saiyans each with a power level over 2000 but the one in the middle is the real deal I'm floating in the air looking at this dude and he give me the creeps I decide he's bad news and as I'm about to jet out of here he speaks, and gosh is he loud
how the heck is he even projecting his voice like that.
"GREETINGS TO ALL SAIYANS, MY NAME IS ARROT I AM A SAIYAN LIKE ALL OF YOU AND I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY WELCOME YOU ALL AS THE FOUNDERS OF A NEW SAIYAN EMPIRE!!!"
Yep, I called it this dude is bad news he went on about how Frieza had plans to destroy planet Vegeta and wipe out the Saiyans at first I was like no way dude that's crazy but after a while, I remembered something important a friend of mine once said well she wasn't a friend more like a crazy girl who I used to hang out with a bit her exact words where "never trust anyone in purple lipstick at first I was thinking to myself, okay but now that I think about it she wasn't wrong and what made things worse was that there she was standing next to the weird dude giving a speech who called himself Arrot.
Something wasn't right here he kept talking of how he planned to lead us into creating a new Empire but fighting Frieza as fun as it sounded was suicide what was he planning I was about to go upfront and ask that until a larger Saiyan walked up to the front and straight-up challenged the weird guy.
I smacked myself at his stupidity he was picking a fight with someone who had a power level well over 25,000 and he had one of 400 not bad for his age but honestly, the difference in power is like night and day. I only stood back and watched the idiot get punished whilst thinking of what that arrot guy was saying.
As the idiot walked up to arrot I expected him to fight him but the one who stood before the idiot was a crazy-looking Saiyan similar in age to Arrot with a massive spiky Mohawk and the evilest grin I've ever seen.
I scanned him and his power level was at 5550 and as expected he easily dispatched him and that psycho Arrot is still talking honestly he's making some sense and I'm slightly intrigued and wonder where he is going with this tho.
There were some other Saiyans talking about this I overheard them and I decided i could end up like that idiot blown to bits or
I could cement myself in a high position with this Arrot person.

Hello there my dear readers who I love so much
I do believe me. I had a pretty normal week nothing special it rained quite a bit I like it when it rains it helps me sleep better but the problem is when the electricity just goes it hurts you know but hey it is what it is.
There were also some college representatives people that came to my school I was interested in the ones from the UK, also most of them seemed more affordable but still seemed quite interesting but Hey what do you think about universities and colleges in the UK??
I WOULD LIKE THE CHANCE TO GET OUT OF THIS FREAKING COUNTRY!!!
And hopefully, start a proper future, of course, I'm one of the better of play in the country but that won't last long and I'm not the smartest guy out there admittedly but I'm not dumb enough to let such an opportunity pass me by.
