"Miss Miller? What are you doing here?" Bailey asked, sounding very unfriendly.

Sophia had not fully recovered from the shock yet. She replied in a daze, "I'm here for dinner."

When Bailey saw Sophia's pale face, she already knew what was going on.

She didn't blame Sophia for skipping work. Instead, she said kindly, "Miss Miller, you've worked hard today, and you must be very tired. I'll treat you to dinner. But please, don't disturb us, okay?"
