10 The Departure To St Lucia !

Arianna heart skipped and sank all at once. She felt she was going to puke again. She rushed into the bathroom, and threw up a little. She washed herself and came out.

She peeped into the mirror again. She felt sick all of a sudden.

How was she going to cope well at St Lucia ? What if the king found out, what would become of her ? She has never had a boyfriend, talk more of having sex, how was she going to manage to keep her supposed sisters husband from touching her ?The fear of the unknown enveloped her, and she felt lame.

She was completely prepared now, but somehow found it very difficult to move. She sat mute looking into the mirror like one staring at an apparition, while her head ran topsy-turvy.

" Princess Brianna, it's time ! The prince and your carriage awaits you ! " The masculine voice knocked and announced again, interrupting her thoughts.

Arianna managed to stand up and left...

Getting into the living room, most of the guests had left for their various destinations. She had changed into a dress that was not anything compared to a wedding dress. She just wore a simple short ball gown, and a glassy heeled slippers. She was looking rather too simple for a princess, and a new bride as well.

She searched through the crowd for prince Liam, she sighted him talking to her father, she decided to join them.

" Good to have you back my lady! " prince Liam said, seeing her. Arianna just smiled.

" You feel better? "He asked again taking her hands and pecking them softly. Arainna just nodded still smiling. She began wondering why he was acting so nicely. Could it be that he was just faking the whole thing just to impress her parents or that was just his personality ?. For her she found it difficult to believe that someone with a royal status would be so easy going and nice. She already had a clouded view about the euphoria love, and so she just concluded that everything he was doing was mere pretence.

"Arainna darling, we would miss you a great deal " her father said distracting her from her thoughts. " You should come to visit once in a while. " He stated again.

Arianna loved her father so much. She just wanted everything to be fine, her father, her mother, the kingdom, and even her sister. She couldn't wait for the moment that everything would return to normal.

Her mother had joined the conversation... Arianna looked into her Father's eyes with deep compassion, her eyes where becoming teary "yes father ! I would come to visit. I will also call from time to time, we'd all be fine . " She assured her father. Her father enveloped her in a tight hug, which her mother joined from behind. Prince Liam just stood watching, at the trio engulfed with love.

While the affectionate hug lasted, her father whispered into her ears " Be strong Arianna! It's going to just be for a while. As soon as we're able to find Brianna, it would be all forgotten that you were ever in this mess. Thanks from saving my kingdom from doom "

He concluded releasing her.

" We love you Brainna " her mother said blowing a kiss into the air to her.

"Hmmm hmmm " prince Liam cleared his throat, interupting them all, and having three of them look to his direction. " We must leave now my lady ! It's getting really late, we have quite a distance ahead of us. " He said after he had successfully gained their attention.

Emmaline and Iris had prepared as well following the queens instructions. They stood my the entrance of the door. Some palace wardens helped carry Arainna's luggage.

They were outside the palace where the carriage was waiting. The carriage was white colored, It was well decorated with colorful ribbons and artificial flowers of different colors. The sight was soothing. There was yet a smaller one, although not decorated.

prince Liam carefully helped her into the carriage, where she sat comfortably, he then joined her as well. Emmaline and Iris where directed to enter the other carriage that had no decorations. Arianna's parents and the guests waved at the moving carriage until they were out of sight...

It was a long silent ride, Arianna made sure never to speak first. This was a man she knew nothing of, she could ask something, and end up ruining everything. She wanted to be as careful as possible not to raise any suspicion, the safety of her kingdom and father largely depended on it. She was itching to ask him so many things, but she couldn't.

" Aunt Marie would be so delighted that you're finally going to be living with us now " Prince Liam said breaking the awkward silence. Arainna didn't say anything, she just looked at him and smiled as usual.

" I thought you'd be excited, you said she was your favorite " he asked not looking pleased that Arainna just gave a cold smile. The Brianna he knew, was a talkaholic, and she was ever smiling.

For Arianna she didn't even know who aunt Marie was, she didn't know what to say, so that she wouldn't raise suspicions.

" of cause I am excited, I love aunt Marie and would be glad I don't have to be visiting her once in a while again, but we'd finally be living together in the same house" Arainna said acting lively.

He just stared at her.

" C'mon Brianna, you know you don't have to fake it. Talk to me if you're not fine. I know I have not really given my self to this relationship all the while, but am coming to love you all the more Brinna " he said looking into her eyes . Her heart skipped. There was something really enchanting about his eyes. They were so calm and charming.

She was finally looking into his face, realizing that he was very cute. She felt strange, she felt her body yearning for his gentle touch. She had wanted to send her head to factory reset by smacking her head hardly, as she felt, there was a part of her that was malfunctioning, causing all the unusual feelings.

" Earlier today at that wedding, your beauty left me speechless, I just want to love you all the more Brianna, forgive me for all the times I acted as though our parents made a mistake by matching us together ". He said to Arainna drawing closer as though he was going to kiss her. Arainna wanted to resist, but somehow couldn't just resist it. It was a long passionate kiss.

Arainna couldn't explain the chills that was sent down her whole body. She felt a dormant part of her come alive! As soon as he let go of her, Arianna sat speechless until they arrived St Lucia.

As the carriage rode into the palace, a palace warden was seen hitting a very big bell. He hit it thrice, and then announced! " The bride and the groom has arrived ! ".
