2 Chap 2. Wonderer's World

"Goddamn, if I were gay, I'd probably jump you right now." Tommy said, he was truly mesmerised by Astro's appearance and jealous at the same time.

Astro chuckled at Tommy's remark, he then 'winked' where he thought Tommy was, making Tommy blush a little bit and smile since it looked like Astro was winking at the door.

"Well, time to go down stairs, can you get my cane please, Tommy" He asked, before making his was to his bathroom, which was to the left of the closet.

He hung up his towel and grabbed his bed clothes before leaving the bathroom again, he chucked his clothes on the bed and made his way to the door.

"Right here" Tommy said before tapping Astro on the shoulder, he handed the cane over to Astro before leaving with Astro holding his arm.

"So, what time is it Tommy? And how have you been today? Any new things occur?" Astro questioned, curious about many things.

Tommy checked his watch and thought for awhile before answering Astro's questions, "Time is 9:38am, and I have had a tiring morning. I don't think there have been any new occurrences today- oh right, the Lawtude family lost their right hand today." He explained, still walking to their destination.

After a few minutes, they arrived at their destination, the dining room.

"Morning Astro" A woman, who looked extremely strict but kind at the same time greeted.

"Morning everyone, I shall be attending school this evening since I haven't been for awhile. I would appreciate it if no one were to talk about what happened." He said politely, yet he still had a threatening undertone for those that didn't understand.

"Of course, Dear. I will talk with the headmaster so they know you will be attending your first day of school and to welcome you-" The strict looking lady was cut off by Astro, "Mother, I appreciate your kindness but I would feel better if you didn't contact the headmaster. I feel like it would be better if I was treated like everyone else."

Gasps were heard from the table, most of them thought that the prince had gone crazy.

"Absolutely not!" A thunderous voice said, the voice came from a man sitting at the end of the table, atop his head sat a stunning crown. Obviously, he was the king.

"Father, I need to experience life, the goods and the bads. If I were to sit in this castle, as the king of this kingdom, without gaining outside experience then how would I help my people?" Astro asked, clearly adamant about his decision. He knew his father wouldn't like his decision but he needs to understand Astro's reasoning.

"Astro, I understand your reasoning, I truly do. But what if you get hurt? What if I can't protect you? Astro, your my son, and I love you, I don't want to lose you." His father spoke in a gentle tone. Astro knew his father was emotional but damn.

"I know Dad, if Tommy were to take me to you then I would hug you right now. But you need to trust my decision, there is alot of assholes out there, but there are also alot of kind people. Plus, I'll bring Tommy with me" Astro said with a cheeky smile making its way onto his lips.

Tommy let out a laugh before saying, "If you want, I can take you to him", Astro nodded in response.

His father, Zachary, eyes started to water. Tommy and Astro made their way to his side before Astro reached his arms towards his father.

Zachary grabbed his arms and pulled him into his embrace, close to his heart.

"I will always love you, Astro" He said dearly, "You know full well that I will always love you too dad." Astro replied in the same, gentle tone of his.

"Awee enough showcasing you love for eachother you bitches, AND GIVE ME SOME LOVEEEE HEHEHEEE" Alisha yelled as she made her way into the dining hall, well, rushed her way into the dining hall.

She ran towards Zachary and Astro and joined in on the hug making the strict lady laugh.

"C'mon Mama! Join the hug before I drag you here" Alisha exclaimed as she cuddled up to Astro and her father. "Yes yes, im coming", the strict/nice lady got up from her seat and joined in on the hug.

"Awww, we are so lucky to have such caring rulers", the rest of the people at the table exclaimed. Those people were the maidens, cleaners, gardeners, cookers, everything! The royal family always supply them with breakfast, they can choose to have it with them, or alone.

Normally, other royalty wouldn't give a two shits about the servants. This only shows how much they care for their employees, or servants if you will.

"Alright, that's enough, I feel my tummy rumbling." Astro said as he let go of his family. Alisha also let go and went to sit before gobbling down her food. His mother, Maria, laughed as she made her way back to her seat and Zachary had a beaming smile on his face.

"Um, Tommy? I forgot where you were.." Astro said, reaching around just incase he was close-by.

"Right here." Tommy patted shoulder, startling Astro a bit. Tommy proceeded to lead him to his seat.

Breakfast was nice as always, peaceful and the atmosphere was just right.

After breakfast, the servants all went to their respectful areas and started their work for the day, they left the royal family in the dining hall.

"Its 10:16am now, you will be a little late for class but that is alright because of your disability. We won't announce the arrival of royalty since we can tell by your clothing that you don't want to be recognised." His father explained, his mother nodded and his sister was hyped that her brother was finally going to her school.

"Brother! We can go in the same car! Tommy, are you coming with?" She asked cheerfully, making Astro's heart warm.

"Yes Alisha, of course I will come with you" he responded, Tommy also nodded in response, "Of course I'll drive, do you want me armed or not?" Tommy questioned seriously.

Astro didn't even think twice before saying, "Yes, armed obviously, Alisha hardly knows how to fight and I'm blind, you're our only line of protection if someone were to find out that we were royalty. Plus, most nobles have bodyguards so it wouldn't be weird for you to come." He explained. Tommy patted his shoulder to show him that he understood.

Alisha was clearly getting tired of the conversation as she ran out of the dining hall screaming, "I'LL WAIT IN THE CAR THEN, MAKE YOUR MINDS UP!"

Astro's lips curved up into a smile when he heard Alisha, she always managed to make him laugh.

"I'll wait here, get geared up or whatever you use these days and then come back." Astro instructed as he stayed seated.

Zachary and Maria sat there too, accompanying Astro and enjoying the peaceful aura everyone had.

A few minutes later, Tommy came rushing back into the dining hall with a few guns and knives strapped to himself, some were hidden and some were out in the open. Nevertheless, anyone would think that he looked dangerous and wouldn't mess with him unless they were dumb.

Astro and Tommy said their farewells to the Queen and King and proceeded to the underground parking lot. The lot had over 50 cars parked in small zones that lifted on the wall and you would have to press a button if you wanted one of the cars.

There was already a car waiting for them, a porche panamera turbo s if one wanted to be exact, it was a beautiful black colour with smooth leather red interior. It was common for nobles to have these types of cars so they didn't need to worry about standing out.

Tommy showed Astro the way to the car and opened up the back door for him since Alisha had shotgunned front seat. Astro didn't mind and buckled up, Tommy got in the driver's seat and they all started their trip to school.

It wasn't a long trip but if you were to look out the windows, anyone would be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings and various parks that were all shining beautifully in the sun.

The city was their city, named 'Wonderer's World'. It was named this since their great great great great grandmother was a traveller who explored places no human has ever been, they came across this place where random huts were built to accompany the people, she ended up helping them build a town and now it's a city.

The story may be missing a few things but anyone would understand the jist of it.
