Five months had passed since Arata came to the village and met Guren. The living conditions of him, Guren and the villagers in general had improved with better food and resources from the forest.
In this time he had managed to create four seals, the Heating seal and Cooling seal, which worked on the basis of the same concept, but the cooling chamber had another seal named Vacuum seal which just removed as much air as possible, thus changing pressure which in turn created vacuum.
With this, any excess food made, could be stored for later and they didn't need to hunt and scavenge for food on a daily basis, as raw materials could be stored in the chamber too.
He made a better and larger bed with earth release, using hides and furs of hunted animals to make the bedding softer and applied heating and cooling seals on them to get the desired temperature for maximum comfort while sleeping.
The fourth seal was a liquid repelling seal, which worked on the same basis of water walking exercise. It was used to carry and store liquids like water, milk and any juice they made from wild berries and fruits. Honestly seals made their life easier and they need not to worry about anything else, other than training.
As for training, Guren mainly practiced Water and Earth chakra moulding for the first month to at least at a chunin level from what remembered from the anime, which was quite fast without the help of shadow clones or ability to see chakra, but some of it could be attributed to her Kekkai genkai having those elements and natural genius. People with elemental kekkei genkais had far more easier time mastering base elements of said Kekkei genkai than Non- Kekkei genkai users.
He didn't know if she had any other nature releases attuned to her, but for now they should concentrate on her strengths rather than on other vague possibilities.
The following two months consisted of her mastering basic jutsus of two natures and her kekkei genkai like Water slice, Water bullet, Hiding in mist technique for Water release, Hiding like mole technique,Mud wall for Earth release and Crystal needle, Crystal Shuriken for Crystal release.
Her Crystal Release was still at basic level where she had to touch earth or water to create it, but with time it can be created with dust and moisture in air and Arata taught her how to pre-mould her chakra, so that she could skip on some hand seals while doing any jutsu or do one handed seals. With time, maybe she could do jutsus without hand seals. The crystal release could also be improved by knowing modern knowledge like it's various structure and base material used to make it.
He could teach her Genjutsu later, considering her good yin release after she grows up a little bit more, while she learns ninjutsu for now.
His abilities with training increased leaps and bounds. The results been:-

Range ( increased from 5m to 30m)
Weight ( increased from 1kg to 10 kg)
Can form small constructs to climb on or hit something or hold in it's place
Can carry three things at once of 3kg weight and move them in different directions.
Telepathy --
Range increased from 100 m to 250 m.(A/N: For non-SI unit users 1m = 3 ft 3 in)
Can telepathically communicate to 20 people at once
Mind Control(and/or Genjutsu)--
Total Mind control (15 people simultaneously )
Lesser mind control upto 50 people
Genjutsu can be casted max of 50 people at once, while the Genjutsu lasts for the victim for 30 minutes minimum while one seconds passes outside, time per victim increases, depending on the number of victims in genjutsu. Basically stronger if concentrated on one person.
Was used on Guren to teach theory based subjects while she was sleeping. She hated it a lot.
Chakra control --
Now can perform Mystical Palm Technique from not only the palm, but the whole body, like Lady Katsuyu.
Can break a tree , Earth wall with Super strength like Tsunade(Not her level though).
Ninjutsu --
Water release-1) Water Bullet Technique, 2) Finger Bullet (Compressed water bullets from tenketsu points in fingers), 3) Water Wall formation, 4) Hiding in Mist 5) Water clone
Earth Release- 1) Hiding like mole, 2) Mud Wall, 3) Earth Bullet, 4) Stone armour, 5)Rock Clone , 6) Quick Sand( converts surface earth to granular material and water mix)
Wind release : 1) Wind Rasengan( can be thrown, can be used to support water, fire release), 2) Air bullet , 3)Gale palm 4) Spiraling wind Sphere(traps enemy into wind sphere in which wind moves in multiple directions at once), 5) Almighty Wind Push(releases wind at all directions, like Shinra tensei).

Minor Chakra suppression and can be used freely to attack.

He tried recreating Ice release by combining Water And Wind elements in different combinations, but so far he couldn't do it. What he did succeed was making all his water based jutsu colder to some extent, which is a good bonus when surprising an opponent with cold and denser water.
From now on he would try to make water denser with Wind release by compressing it, then maybe Ice will form.
These past five months have been very repetitive and tiring, he still has time to grow stronger. So he decided to take a little break from all the training and just concentrate on making seals for now.
