The Rise of the Neon Empire

Karuma was just a little kid when he found himself in the middle of the busy Tokyo street, not knowing how he got there or where he was he followed the crowd of people, the people soon disappeared and he was left alone once again. stumbling into a foster home where he found his brothers, Kyoske, Tyson, and Raiyachi. They soon learned the foster home was a prison to their gifted kind and escaped, Karuma taking the role of the Understanding Leader. Now he and brothers live in separate cities across Japan. Karuma living in Tokyo still, keeping watch for any other "Foster Homes" that may be created, working in a secret group with his brothers known as Neon Empire. Karuma is the leader of the assassin group, his group is known solely as "Teal", him and his group go out on missions to assassinate Government Officials who hunt down their kind. Karuma, being the leader of "Teal", goes on solo missions as well. Living in a penthouse overlooking all of Tokyo, Karuma lives in secret, executing assassinations by night and being a normal human by day.
