Kill and Breakthrough

The beast growl at Xie Mogui who just suddenly appeared behind its prey. There were some hesitation in its eyes as it felt that there was something unknown about the man. Its instinct was telling the beast that the man in front of him was dangerous, although it could clearly felt that his cultivation was much lower.

"H-help me.. p-plea..." Meng who was seriously wounded said to the man who appear behind him. But without having the chance to finish his words, he suddenly exploded into bloody mist.

"Ants like you should not interrupt my business with the little beast" Xie Mogui said, he stretch his arms forward and the blood essence of Meng was directly absorb by him. Inside his body, the blood essence was slowly getting refined and turning into his own blood Qi.

The altar inside his consciousness was glowing in crimson red. He could feel his body changing, his Qi was getting stronger in each seconds that pass. He closed his eyes and concentrate inside his consciousness. He circulate the Qi inside his body and started his breakthrough, the beast in front of him was just staring at his figure not knowing what to do. It wanted to turn and run, but it could not move its limbs that started to shake.

He opens his eyes and a red glint appear in them, he just successfully absorb the blood Qi of the man which allowed him to breakthrough several layers by converting it to his own Qi. Right now he was feeling his body was much more lighter than before. The hunger he was feeling before was almost gone and was replaced by a satisfied smile.

The beast in front who felt the sudden change of aura and increase of his strength started to shiver more uncontrollably. If earlier it was having thought of running away, right now its mind was blank as it just lowered its head. The ferocious look of the beast was now gone and replaced by obedience.

Seeing the actions of the Celestial Scaled Lion in front of him, Xie Mogui revealed a wide smile. He walk over the beast who had its head lowered and put his hand on its head. A red light was emitted from his hands which immediately entered the Lion's head. The beast then started to shake a little before a blood red diamond appear on its forehead. It was just a size of a pebble but the power inside it was enormous.

The blood red diamond was a contract, but it was not like any other contract. This contract was engrave in the blood which makes the master of the contract have control whoever he had contracted. With this, the celestial beast will follow whatever he told it with complete obedience.

Xie Mogui jump at the back of the beast and said, "Come on, lets follow the other two"

The beast below him let out a small growl in agreement before it suddenly stand and run towards the direction where the other two was.

In the location where Junior Sister Lan and her senior brother Hao was, at front of them was a blue small herb which was glowing brightly. It was emitting a cold air as it dance weakly against the soft wind.

"Senior brother Hao, this is the herb that I needed. This is called a 'Blue Moon Herb' it was one of the ingredients needed to concoct the Blue Ice Pill which were a rare medicine" Lan said while she excitedly stretch out her slender soft arms to take the herb.

As her hands where about to touch the herb, her senior brother Hao beside her catches her hand and said, "Junior sister Lan, you should take the herb later. Why don't you give me my reward first, I already can't control my self. I think I won't be able to wait until night" Hao said while staring at his junior sister lustfully.

Noticing the expression on the face and eyes of her senior brother, Lan said while twisting her body in a seductive manner, "Okay, but we need to do it quickly or else senior brother Meng will definitely get worried waiting for us"

Hearing the confirmation of his junior sister, senior brother Hao like a wild beast push Lan on the ground and started to tear her clothes away revealing a spotless white skin that looks like a spotless jade. Senior brother Hao could feel his mouth getting dry as he swallowed a mouthful of his saliva. In a hurry, he remove his clothes and his hands started to roam around the soft body below him.

"Look at you two doing something like that in the forest, why don't I join you both?"

When the two was about to do their deed, a cold voice came from behind them startling both of them. When the two look at the direction where the voice came from, their eyes almost popped out from their sockets as they stare there in disbelief. The two of them saw the same beast which senior brother Meng was supposed to fight and kill. Not only it was alive, there was not even a speck of injury on its huge body. And beside the beast was a young man staring at them with his lips turned into a cruel smile.

"WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE IS BROTHER MENG!!" Hao who was surprised shouted while he was trying to put on some clothes. His junior sister was the same and took some clothes from her ring to put on. The both of them was anxiously staring at the man and the beast. They could clearly feel that the man riding the beast was at Peak of Qi gathering stage. Hao was confident in his own skills that he can defeat the man, but if he fight the man the beast will definitely attack and target his junior sister. With that in his mind, his eyes started to wander in the surroundings trying to find where his brother Meng was.

Noticing that the man was trying to find something, Xie Mogui said with a vicious smile on his face, "You are looking for your companion right? Unfortunately he was already dead, but don't worry both of you will follow him sooner and you will be able to catch up to him in the after life"

Xie Mogui didn't wait for them to reply and extended his hands and said with a bone chilling voice,
