“TRAINING”

It was 5:15 AM when Chase's phone suddenly rang, he was in deep sleep that's why he didn't pick up. The phone rang continuously waking him up, he got really angry and then he picked up the phone when he looked at the phone it looked all blurry because he was still sleepy, the phone suddenly rang again, he then answered the phone "Who the heck is it and why the hell are you calling me this early?!"

The caller then replied "You are late, I told you to meet me at Hikaru's dojo didn't I?"

"Olivia is it you? Why the hell are you calling me early in the morning and who gave you my phone number?"

"You wanted to train right?"

"You told me to meet you at Hikaru's dojo at 5 then why are you calling me now?"

"Oh did I forget to mention 5 'AM'? I am really sorry, now get up and go to your dining table…"

Chase did what she said, when he entered the dining room he spoke "I am in the dining room."

"Is there a bag there?" she asked

"Yes there is." He replied

"They are your training clothes, now dress up and come over."

"Geez stop acting like a boss bitch, I am coming alright."

Chase dressed up and went to the dojo, when he reached the location he saw a huge Japanese style house surrounded by nothing but barren land. When he entered the the Dojo he saw Olivia using her phone, when he saw him she turned it off and then walked towards him. "So we will start with the basics." She said.

"Sure, I don't mind. Whatever that makes me strong."

"Give me 5000 squats."

"What the heck! You call that basics?"

"You wanted to run fast and kick hard right? It is the best exercise for you."

"Fine I'll do it. This will be way too easy." He said.

After 4500 squats-

"What the… I can't feel my legs. It's too difficult… 4555, 4556…"

"Don't you dare stop. If you can't do such an easy task how in the hell will you impress the Heads of the assassin community?"

After 20 minutes he finally finished his 5000 squats.

"Now I want you to run 10 rounds around the boundary of the barren land."

"10 rounds! Why was I the one who was given this pain in the ass power?"

"Stop crying and whining like a baby, grow up! The peace you desire will not be attained unless and until you are strong enough to make it happen."

When he heard those words he remembered his mom, who died because of the violence and war between nations. He stood up and went outside to where the boundary of the barren land was "The circumference of the boundary is 2 km. So you have to run 20 km total and at your top speed."

He didn't say anything and started to run. He completed 3 rounds without any trouble but after that he started to slow down, he couldn't catch his breath. He was going to stop but then he remembered Olivia's words, the peace he wanted couldn't be attained with him sitting at his house doing nothing. He paused for a moment took in a deep breath and then resumed his running. After 1 hour he finally completed his 10 rounds, exhausted he was starting to faint. He fell on the ground and coughed blood.

"Take a break of 15 minutes, I want you ready for the real training." said Olivia. Chase nodded his head, his mind went blank because of the exhaustion. He laid down for a while and then drank water. He was ready for action even though he had 5 minutes left he decided not to waste time and went to where Olivia was.

"Let's get started then." She said, then she picked up a leaf.

"Tear it to shreds." So, Chase tore it to shreds.

"Now I want you to cut this leaf using your 'Yengkosu Element'."

"But I don't know how to use that power yet."

"You can at least try, don't give up."

"Yeah"

He held the Leaf in his hand. "Now focus, call upon your ability that is the 'wind'. You can do it easily because your Yengkosu is an element of the nature, connect yourself to the wind, feel it around your hand and then manipulate it."

He did what she told him to do, he focused he then felt the wind around his palms and then he manipulated it, creating strong wind currents. He did tear the Leaf but he injured his arm real bad, Olivia then applied a medicine on his hand. After a few minutes his hand was healed, he was shocked by the sudden healing. "Wow this medicine is the real thing, it healed my hand in no time."

"My ability is almost the same as yours, in the beginning I also didn't know how to use it properly. Like I said my Yengkosu is 'Sashiki' the ability to cut anything, I had problems too. Once when I was drinking coffee I accidently cut the coffee cup in my hand the problem wasn't that I broke the cup, actually my lips were touching the corners of the cup so they were also cut. It was bleeding so much, that was when my father gave me this medicine, I have mastered my ability but I still carry this medicine with me."

"That day you said that people like you and me suffer because of the corrupted UN and the king. You just mentioned your father, are you from a family of assassins?"

"There is no such thing as family of assassins. The one I mentioned right now isn't my real father, he is a man who runs an orphanage and takes in war orphans who have the potential to become assassins. My real father is long dead."

"Oh I am so sorry."

"It's fine. The test is in 1 year you have to get ready before that, I am going to train you daily. If you want to leave now is your chance because things are going to get even tough after this."

"I am going to drop school for a year, I cannot manage two things at once."

"Are you sure?"

"Don't worry I know your plan, I posses a powerful ability you will kill me the second I choose to leave. Well dropping the school isn't compulsory is it?"

"You have got a good head on your shoulders and the answer to your question is 'no' it is not necessary that you have to drop school."

The next day Chase dropped out from the school and began his training with Olivia.

After one year-

A boy was standing on the peak of a mountain, he wasn't even wearing a shirt. When he turned it was none other than Chase, he had many scars over his body. His appearance had changed a lot, he seemed taller than before and more muscular. He screamed at the top of his voice and then collapsed, as he fell down the peak he remembered that today was the last day of preparation and training for the test. He regained his balance and then landed softly on the ground. He then walked towards a house which was near the mountain, he saw Olivia who was sitting in her chair and was enjoying hot chocolate when she looked at him she asked "Back already?"

"Yeah, this time I climbed it in 15 minutes." The mountain was about 2500 m high!

"Well today is the last day of the training, I'll be watching you during the test. All The Best!"

"Well aren't you excited." He mocked her an then let out a chuckle. She then threw a pillow at him, "Hey I am just kidding."

"Don't make me regret teaching you." saying this she left the house. In his mind Chase thought "That girl! She didn't even pay for the room. Damn it, I guess I have to pay for the room then. Well she did train me for free so I guess I could pay for such a small thing, I am kind of nervous for the test but one thing is for sure I will bring peace in this world."
