23 Expelled from here!

Another announcement was made when those students were told to follow the senior students of the academy who were carrying numbers from 1 to 16. Sung Tae, Lee Eunshi, Park Sunwo, Do Yeong, and Yoon Shik followed the senior carrying 7 number wooden board. "I am Jang Hoon, twp years senior to you all." They all nodded and reached their dorm where they have to live together for a year. Jang Hoon told them if they want any kind of help then they should contact him regarding that. After that, he left from there.

As they walked in, Lee Eunshi chose his bed first which was separated from others. "I do not want to sleep in a bunk bed either," Sung Tae then muttered and looked at Lee Eunshi. Lee Eunshi ignored and stepped ahead when Sung Tae put his hand over his shoulder thus stopping him. "Who told you that you can take that bed?" Sung Tae questioned him and pushed him off when Lee Eunshi said, "Try taking that bed and you will no longer going to stay in this academy."

Sung Tae was chuckled upon hearing his words. Sunwo intervened in between them. "Sung Tae, let him take that bed. You should take any of the bunk beds," stated Sunwo. Lee Eunshi by then went to the bed and laid on it. "I do not like talkative beings so better not to talk too much in my presence," declared Lee Eunshi.

"If there will be important matters to discuss then we cannot refrain from talking," Yoon Shik stated. Lee Eunshi opened his eyes and then tilted his head to look at him. "You should get a hold on your tongue. You were lucky that today you did not get punished for raising your voice against the king's decision. Do not act cool all the time as it can put you in trouble," pronounced Lee Eunshi.

Sung Tae was irritated by his behavior. "What is your identity? What is your father's occupation in the kingdom? Judging by your clothes, it is obvious that you are from the noble class," Sung Tae muttered.

"I cleared myself already. I do not like people who talk too much and also those people who try looking into my things," Lee Eunshi stated and looked at Sunwo who was smiling at him.

"Why are you all arguing? Just take your beds and set the things up in your respective closets," Do Yeong stated and took the left side bed. Yoon Shik took the other side bed and silence surrounded their room. Sunwo was who was on the bed above Yoon Shik, looked down from it and started talking with Yoon Shik.

"I think you people do not understand that I do not-"

His words were cut by Park Sunwo. "It is not a single room. You have to adapt yourself to this environment. We are not either your servants who will listen to your nonsense," muttered Sunwo. "That was rough," murmured Yoon Shik and looked at the expressions of Lee Eunshi which were neutral. The three bells rang which meant that they had to go to the Jinsasikdang (the cafeteria) for the dinner.

Lee Eunshi walked out first from the room followed by Sung Tae. Do Yeong tell Sunwo and Yoon Shik that he had no appetite so he would not come? "You should not take out anger on the food," Yoon Shik stated.

"I am not taking out anger," Do Yeong stated and turned his back towards them.

"Do Yeong, if you will skip dinner then you will not get points. Let's go," asserted Sunwo.

"What points?" Yoon Shik asked.

"Yoon Shik, to graduate from here you have to get at least 300 points. Attending meals is one way to get them," answered Sunwo and looked at Do Yeong who was still in that position. Yoon Shik too looked at him and said, "Yeong- aa, do not skip a meal just because you are disturbed from the things going on with you. You should not let it affect your grades here."

"Exactly. Your marriage is not happening tomorrow. We will find a way to skip that situation too. First, let's go to Jinsasikdang," stated Sunwo.

"It is not a small problem. I am stuck. I cannot refuse for this marriage and the biggest thing I do not like king's daughter at all," muttered Do Yeong in a depressing tone.

"Then if you will skip this dinner then you will get an idea to escape from this problem?" Yoon Shik questioned. Do Yeong turned and looked at him. He then sat up on the bed and got down from it. "Let's go," he said. Sunwo and Yoon Shik smiled upon hearing that.

They got seated in the respective seats made for them when someone voiced, "So a Sangmin is going to eat with us. Is this not the disrespect to us upper class?" The others also started whispering with him.

Yoon Shik ignored those whispers when the servants came in to serve the food to them. "Yoon Shik, this is the first time you are going to eat such delicious food. Am I right?" Sung Tae questioned who was seated on the row in front of him, facing him.

"Sung Tae, why are you asking him? Low class-men could not afford this quality food. He the luckiest among them who not only get to eat this but also sit with us," asserted Chan Sul who was seated beside Sung Tae. Sunwo and Do Yeong told Sung Tae to stop that.

"You two are the only one who is supporting him. Do Yeong, I am not able to understand how you could befriend him when your father did not like it all. If he will get to know that you are protecting him everywhere then I think that would not be good," stated Sung Tae. Yoon Shik put down the chopstick and raised his eyes to look at Sung Tae.

"Why are you so interested in me? Indeed we Sangmins cannot afford this kind of food but you see you also know because of whom a limited quantity of grains reached the market. The situation in the village I am from is good but I heard how the people fight for food in the nearby villages.

Should you not put the thought over this? You all enjoy your life to the fullest but many cannot even afford this one meal. If you have given such a place then you should work for the kingdom instead of telling someone how low he is. You are the prime minister's son so you also know these things better than me," asserted Yoon Shik.

Sung Tae felt guilty upon hearing Yoon Shik's words but he did not let them show it. A complete silence surrounded the hall. Sunwo was smiling as many got humiliated after listening to Yoon Shik's words. But then one among them said, "Yoon Shik, you act as if you are the righteous man on this earth. Tell them how your mother seduced another man from this village." The colors on Yoon Shik's face went away when he heard those words.

"What do you mean, Wang Wook?" Chan Sul asked.

"Yoon Shik, tell them how your mother ran away the night with you and your sister just to be with his lover. You got to reach this level just because she ran away. Do you not think-"

"Shut up!" shouted Yoon Shik at him. He got up from his seat. "How dare you say such words to my mother? I will rip off your mouth," Yoon Shik declared. Sunwo and Do Yeong got up from their seats so were the others.

Do Yeong grabbed Yoon Shik's arm and whispered in his ear, "Calm down."

"Who are you?" Yoon Shik asked.

"I am your elder cousin, Wang Wook. How can you forget me, Yoon Shik?" he muttered.

"Tell them the truth how your mother-"

Yoon Shik jerked off Do Yeong's grip from his arm and marched towards him. Before Wang Wook could speak more about his mother Yoon Shik grabbed his collar, pulled him up, and punched him hard. A commotion spread in the Jinsasikdang Hall. Yoon Shik started beating him when Sunwo and Yeong caught him. "Leave me. How dare you say wrong about my mother?" screamed Yoon Shik at him.

Wang Wook wiped the blood off his lips. With a grim look, he said, "be ready to be expelled from here."
