Chapter 26: Divinity!

In the sky above a huge mountain surrounded by large trees and other smaller mountains, space rippled, creating a huge spatial disturbance before two figures appeared floating high in the sky.

The howling of the wind buzzed in their ears as their hair danced with the blowing of the winds that even made the trees below tremble.

"Space magic, hadn't you been to the Labyrinth of Orcus?" A monotone voice drifted through the air until it reached the ears of the beautiful young man floating in front of her; about a hundred yards away.

"Mm? Who knows?" uttered Nader as a soft smile decorated his face, though his eyes revealed not a hint of emotion.

He knew what the Apostle girl was referring to.

Space magic, magic from the age of the gods that should have been lost, yet space magic was said to be found in one of the labyrinths created by the seven beings who were called traitors by the races of Tortus.

And one of Nader's main objectives was to clear the Labyrinth that contained within it the space magic. Though he didn't need it, the most it would do would be to benefit him a little by increasing his mastery of his Space Law.

However, for Yue, who did not yet have god-age magic, it was a good way to become stronger. After all, even though space magic and Space Law differed in some parts, it didn't take away the fact that the two had the same function; manipulating space.

Besides, no one had said that space magic couldn't evolve into something stronger after being understood to its limit.

Noint didn't respond with words and instead brandished her blades before suddenly disappearing from her spot.

The howls of the rushing wind intensified to Nader's ears. His eyes glowed as he materialized a sword with his energy out of thin air. Although he had many weapons in his storage, he had found this form much more useful to him, after all, he had realized that if while using his energy from nothingness, his passive ability [Son of Energy] would become stronger.

*Clank!*

A loud sound of metal clashing against metal echoed in the skies as lightning boomed loudly.

The clouds parted and even the trees and earth below were expelled circularly by the shockwave that originated from the collision of the two forces as the center.

The two silhouettes were repelled skyward before they could stabilize in the air.

Seeing that his opponent's force exceeded his own, Nader activated his system's inspection option. When he read Noint's information, he realized that she had a base stat of 2500 in all her parameters except mental strength and mental defense.

If calculated using the tortus stat plate, Noint's strength would be 12,500.

It was quite rare to find someone who could match the parameters, something even he didn't have, despite being of the Celestial Race.

Although the basic stats of Noint and Nader did not vary much, with Nader possessing over 2000 and under 2500 strength points, the difference in power was quite colossal. This was because 1 stat point in the parameters contained the strength of a human. So 400 stat points marked the strength of 400 humans.

Before Noint began another attack, Nader disappeared from his place and appeared directly above her before swinging his sword downwards.

However, sensing Nader's blow, Noit raised her sword and used it as a protective shield to counter Nader's blow.

As Nader put all his strength into his blow, and Noint was only protecting herself, normally, the losing party was Noint, who with a heavy blow, shot out towards the ground before burying herself deep into the crater created in the process.

But due to Noint's speed and strength, she didn't even spend a second inside the crater before appearing as a ghost in front of Nader. With a whoosh of wind, the twin blades traced a vertical line as if to cut Nader's body in half.

However, with Nader's heightened reflexes, he was naturally able to perceive the danger heading towards him, so without waiting for the blow to smash into him, he leaned to the side to dodge the blow.

In his glowing eyes could be reflected the silver blades cutting the ends of his silky white hair as a violent wave of wind blew off the tip of the sword, cleanly slicing the huge mountain beneath him into two halves.

Seeing an opportunity, Nader sent a spinning blow with his arm, and with a roar, the girl's face was hit hard as she went flying backward.

Nader teleported directly near her to continue striking her, however, an abrupt burst of power originating from the girl's body repelled him, so he was forced to retreat.

Noint's aura multiplied about three times, which meant that her basic stats tripled. This also meant that she possessed the [Limit Break] skill, a skill that not everyone in the world possessed.

Before Nader could stabilize properly, the Apostle disappeared from her position, causing the air in her footsteps to explode and create large sonic blasts.

*Boom!

A thunderous sound went for miles as a silhouette shot downward like a meteorite falling toward the world.

Followed by another horrific explosion, Nader's body slammed ferociously into the ground, creating a crater ten meters deep as clouds of dust rose into the air.

In the center of the crevice, lay the bloodied figure of Nader; a massive sword wound was visible vertically through his chest to his bones, however, his passive regeneration ability kicked in instantly, as the flesh and fibers of his body, along with the white blood that ran and spilled like waterfalls from his deep wound, contracted like tiny filaments that twisted and twisted back together.

"Haha. Who knew that a wound of this magnitude wouldn't hurt at all...". Nader grinned.

Noint had caught him quite off guard.

He knew he wouldn't stand a chance against Noint now if he didn't use his true power, however, he didn't know what would happen to this world if he unleashed his full strength.

He doubted that the laws of the world could withstand for so long his aura, after all, the laws of this world were still quite weak, and the world was not used to taking considerable damage from powerful beings.

Still, he didn't think much of it as he stood up and looked up at the sky, only to see that Noint was a few feet in front of him, swinging her sword at him again.

"Stop."

Time suddenly stopped moving, however, Noint could still move due to her terrifying strength. Of course, the Law of Time caused it to slow down by a large margin, which gave Nader enough time to teleport into the sky.

With a sigh, Nader closed his eyes, and let his body relax completely as he sank into his soul. When he opened his eyes again, two beautiful eyes of a deep, glowing golden color were revealed.

The next instant, his once snow-white hair began to take on a luminous green color that shimmered faintly.

At the same time, a strange circular spiral of the same luminous green color as his hair began to take shape on the top of his head, along with a golden-colored diamond-like runic symbol that was carved in the center of his forehead.

[You have awakened the [Inner Dimension] of a Celestial].

Nader's eyes wandered over the letters in his system, however, he didn't have much time to think about it when an explosion of aura erupted around him.

Noint, who was witnessing all this while trying to swing her double sword at Nader, was hit and pressed hard by Nader's aura, causing her body to be thrown backwards.

The once white clouds began to darken and pile up over Nader as thundered in the sky along with lightning that seemed to want to split the sky in two.

Space began to tremble furiously as several finger-sized space cracks appeared around him, as if the world could not withstand the presence of a terrifying beast.

Nader's presence alone, standing in the center of it all, radiated a light that illuminated the darkness, giving it a mystical and divine aspect.

Knowing that the world could not long resist his Divinity, Nader unleashed all his power as he suddenly appeared where Noint was still flying through Nader's aura.

Nader clenched his fists and accompanied by small cracking sounds that left spatial cracks where his hand passed through, a terrible force struck the girl's head, sending her flying various kilometers in barely a second.

Boooom! BOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

Mountain after the mountain was wiped off the map with Noint's small body bouncing along the ground, leaving a deep crater several kilometers long.

She could feel the overwhelming power welling up and expelling Nader's body. Needless to say, she was quite remorseful, though she showed no emotion on her expressionless face. She regretted not having pursued and ended the life of the irregular back then.

However, it was too late now, even if she wanted to change the past, she did not have the power to do so, so she could only regret it in silence as she apologized to her master.

The terrifying force exerted by Nader was not something she could face even with her other sister apostles together. The only one who could stop him would be her master, Ehit. Unfortunately, Ehit was in his world, so he could not come to this place.

Meanwhile, after three seconds of the execution of Nader's [Divinity], the whole planet began to shake fiercely as if an earthquake had suddenly occurred that encompassed the whole world.

The inhabitants did not know what was happening, all they saw were the black clouds with lightning threatening to fall on top of them, along with the feeling of suffocation assaulted by an overwhelming aura trying to press them to the ground. Not knowing what to do, all the races of the world began to pray to their respective gods.

Meanwhile, Nader watched Noint's figure bouncing endlessly as clouds of dust covered his footsteps. Not wanting to waste any more time, he disappeared from his place, causing a huge explosion of wind that whipped the place where he was before.

The next instant, it appeared behind Noint and kicked towards her, however, with great difficulty, Noint was able to put her two swords in an X-shape to protect herself from the kick.

*Boom!*

*Crack!*

Two sounds echoed at the same time as the girl's figure was thrown backward from where it had previously bounced off the ground.

Fragments of the silver sword he was carrying earlier were scattered everywhere. Her delicate hands and slender arms were broken by Nader's powerful kick.

Knowing that the laws of the world were approaching the limit, Nader teleported back onto the girl and put all the strength he had into his right hand as he punched downward.

*Puchi*

A heartbreaking sound was heard as Nader's hand pierced the girl's chest, who was forced to stop in her rebound due to Nader's hand firmly squeezing her heart.

With a tug, Nader pulled his hand out from inside her along with Noint's heart, though, unlike a human heart, the Apostle's seemed to be made of an ore brimming with mana.

"Irregular... I didn't think you would attain such unimaginable power... Who are you?"

In a monotone voice as always, accompanied by a weak and worn voice, Noint was losing the sparkle in her eyes as her gaze was fixed on Nader's indifferent face.

"Well, you have only yourself to blame. If you had pursued me then, I might not be here now. As for your second question... mmm... Let's just say I'm a Celestial," Nader said with a shrug.

Before Noint completely lost consciousness, Nader grabbed her by the head and used his [Memory Steal] ability as he probed into her mind for any kind of information he could get.

Nader's eyes glowed coldly for a few seconds before placing Noint's lifeless body next to her artificial heart inside his storage room.

"Ehit... He turned out to be someone cowardly who fears death, someone who couldn't bear his loneliness. But... because he conspired against my pretty Yue to possess her body, his fate is already decided" Nader muttered.

With a sigh, Nader's aura retracted, and his bright green hair began to recede into snow-white hair. His golden eyes returned to their heterochromatic color. However, the symbol on his forehead had not disappeared, but at least, it no longer glowed as before.

The clouds receded and dissolved at the same time as the thundering thunder and furious lightning before a small cold rain showered the world.

Even the shaking of the world and the spatial cracks returned to normal. The only change in the world that served as proof that a fierce battle had taken place, was the deep cracks, along with the erased mountains that had been carved out of this place.

Missing his little vampire, though only a few minutes had passed, Nader disappeared from his position.
