73 Shameless Couple

Elena and Thomas went to the morgue under Qiao Yi's guidance. They went to the changing room and suited themselves with medical gown and some equipment before they went into the morgue. Inside it, a man was waiting for them. He was the assistant to photograph and documented the examination result.

The corpse they were about to examine was the body of a recently popular actress in the county, Song Xi. She was hailed as one of the three goddesses in the country duet to her perfect countenance and young age as well as her remarkable talent. She was just 20 years old but she managed to sweep four entertainment major awards for best actress. She was the hottest actress in the current entertainment industry.

Last night, her body was found in her villa by her manager. She supposed to have a tv program recording at dawn so her manager would pick her up in the villa at three in the morning. She supposed to stay near the recording site but she adamantly wanted to stay at the villa she happened to own in Feng City, so the manager could only gave in. When she came to the villa to fetch her to the recording site, she found Song Xi had become a dead body hung near the toilet.

Upon this situation, the police began investigating the death of the decease.

Elena looked at the corpse which body. The victim died between 1 am till 2 am. The body shown the sign of rigor mortis. "Shall we begin brother?" Elena looked at Thomas.

"Ok." Thomas nodded.

Song Xi wore a white sleeveless turtleneck shirt with black sweatpants. Jewelry included two 'O' shaped golden earrings 1 inch in each ear. A 2 inch black strap was cinched around the upper neck using the buckle. The opposite of the belt is tied in a half-hitch knot which was used to affix it to the crossbar in the closet where the body was found.

Lividity was fixed in the distal portions of the limbs. The irises were black and cloudy.

When Thomas removed the strap, a litigation mark was clearly seen. He said after he examined it." There's no bleeding..." He explained it elaboratively and finally stated. "She was hung after she died."

"Simply to say, she was hung after the death? I think it's very possible." There were no bruises in the parts of body that were not uncovered with clothes.The bruise in the chest area was too noticeable to be ignored after she tore the shirt. Elena looked at the chest area. There were bruises that were too noticeable for everyone to see. The fatal one seemed on the right chest where the bruise stood out the most. The ribs within the bruise area slightly sunk inwardly. "We need to open up the body. It's possible the victim died because of internal injury." Elena responded.

Thomas took his scalpel and made a Y incision. The head of Y incision from the upper chests near the shoulders to the middle part of the chest. Then, he made straight incision from that point to the area before the belly button. His hand was moving precisely as he began the incision. Thomas conducted several steps before they could see the inwnard of the victim's body.

After a while, both Elena and Thomas could see two from seven right ribs slightly thrust the lung.

"As expected. The cause of death was internal injury." Elena sighed. They examined more and found that some part of the lung was damaged.

"The murderer must be someone who has an extraordinary strength. It must take a huge strength to break some ribs with single punch." Thomas said. "The other bruises were superficial. It seemed that the murderer had torture the victim before he strike the final blow, ending the victim life. Then, he decided to stage the death as a suicide."

Elena nodded as she agreed with Thomas's conjecture. Both of them continued the autopsy for some hours before they actually finished their job.

Elena stretched her hands upwards. She had put off the gown. Now, she was resting in the changing room. Although she had worn it off, the fishy and pungent smell of blood still attached in her body. She cleaned herself first before she went out of the morgue and reported the result together with Thomas to the police.

Elena dragged her sore body to the hotel room and she threw herself to the bed. They actually could return after the autopsy but Head Yun asked them to help the other examiners to examine the victims as there was a shortage of manpower. After Mr. Blair agreed to his request, Head Yun talked to Elena and Thomas. So, Elena and Thomas were 'forced' to work extra hours.

Her eyelids were heavy for her to keep awake as she exhausted herself but, when she was just about to sleep she remembered her darling husband, William. She promised to call him at night before she depart today. She whipped out her phone from the pocket and look through the contact. She named William contact as the first in her phone. She looked at her phone and it was already 9 PM. Would William fell asleep at this time? Elena wondered. She had not living together with William prior this so she was unsure about this. But, from what she observed in these past few days, William was unlikely to sleep at this hour. She dialed his number and waited him to pick her call up yet the one she was waiting for didn't took her call.

She tried to call him several more times before she dejectedly stop. He was probably has fallen asleep.

When Elena was aggrieved by this, she heard someone pushed the doorbell of her room. She peeked from the door's hole and saw Thomas was standing in front of the door. She opened the door and was about to ask why he was standing in front of the door when a shadow rushed to hug her.

Elena stiffened. She was in a complete shock and was about to reflectively free herself from it when she realized the man who was hugging her was her dear husband William. She hugged him back tightly. She looked up and asked in surprise. "Why are you here?"

William looked at his baby girl with obvious tenderness in his eyes. He raised his eyebrow. "Why? You do not want me to be here?"

Elena shook her head. "I just surprise darling. I thought you have already fallen asleep when I called you some minutes ago. I really wish that you're here and it seems that God loves me. He grants my wish." Elena grinned happily like a child who got his favorite toys from her mom. Earlier, she really wished that her husband would be here at this moment. She missed him so much although it was not yet a day for not seeing him. She felt that it was really strange for her to develop such attachment when they married for not even for a week. But, what she was feeling right mow was exactly that intimate attachment.

Elena blushed when she realized she had spit out her mind subconsciously in such straightforward manner. But she didn't regret it. The lost she experienced when she was young made her cherish every moments she had with her beloved. Moreover, although love can be express at any forms, but did words make it clearer? So, there was nothing to lose.

William looked at his wife reddened face. Her delicate and stunning face blushed pink. He dotingly said, "I miss you so I come here my lovely wife." He kissed her moist lips when his rationality snapped out. His wife lips taste so delicious that made him craved more. His gentle kiss gradually turned aggressive.

Elena responded his advance and returned the kiss. Their tongue intertwined as temperature gradually rose. Their actions got more sensual as the time went by, fortunately there was no one in the corridor.

Wait! There was no one? Thomas deliberately coughed loudly to remind his presence that seemed to be transparent in front of this couple. He was unable to stand this shameless couple public display affection anymore. He came here per William request as the latter wanted to surprise his wife. But William had not even thanked him yet and threw him dog foods right to his face? He felt like he was the brightest light bulb in the world at this moment. "Ehm. If you want to make out, please go inside." He turned around and got into his room which located right beside Elena's. He decided not to give a hand to this ingrate brother of his in the future. Who was so cruel to his older brother like William?

Both William and Elena returned from their steaming kiss. William tips of ears were red while Elena blushed even more.
