"Wake up bitch!" screamed a man in black suit to the woman in front of him. He kicked the woman's belly after he heard no response. It was clear that he was angry.
The woman winced in pain but she didn't make sound. The kick was obviously painful but she control her expression as if nothing happened. Her hands and feet were tied to the chair. She looked at the man with her clear eyes. She was indignant but her eyes full of pity and sympathy. She smiled mockingly at the man.
The man, on the other hand, couldn't accept such look and smile. Who was she? She was just nobody. She was completely different to him, like heaven and earth. She was just an orphan, a destitute orphan at that, while he was one of the richest man in Z country. He was Liu Tang, the CEO of Liu International. "Why did you run from me? Did i mistreat you? I love you so much that i couldn't bear to part with you."
The woman didn't response. She just shoot the man with disgusting look on her face. Love? Hahaha. Who in the world would believe that confessions? He was indeed a dead-brainer.
She closed her eyes in contempt. Truthfully, she didn't regret the time she spent with the man in front of her because she did love him at that time. But now, she was just tired of him, too tired to reply every question of his. He, in fact, was so disgusting that she could wait to get rid of him from her life.
"Elena, i love you. Please come back with me okay?" pleaded Liu Tang with his hands clasped together as if he was praying. And the woman he pleaded to was Elena Kim. She was campus belle and the genius of Imperial University.
She broke up with Liu Tang a week ago after one year relationship. She fed up with his so-called love. It was suffocating and toxic. Moreover, he crossed the bottom line she set. Either one of the reasons, she would still broke up with him.
Her bottom line in relationship was the non-existent of betrayal. She disgusted betrayal and if she could, she would bury the betrayer six feet under the ground.

Last week on the weekend Elena didn't have to go to her part time job but her fellow worker asked her to replace her. Elena directly agreed to the request because she had nothing to do.
Her part time job was at the cafe near Emerald Hotel, one of seven stars hotel in Long City. Many people with thick wallet went in and out of the hotel. For someone like her who live in destitute, it was a dream to experience the hotel service.
It was already nine at night. The cafe owner usually closed it at eleven but today was different. She wanted to celebrate her wedding anniversary with her husband. "Elena, i'm going home now. Be careful on your way back." she said.
"Ok boss. You too." replied Elena. She asked her boyfriend to have a date with her earlier today but he replied that he was unable to come because of paperworks. Elena could only sigh helplessly. They had been together for almost a year but he was so passive. Although she helped him to run his business so he could spare a little time for them, he was still passive like he didn't have any intention to strengthen their relationship. She was the only one who made efforts for their relationship.
Elena walked on the pavement to the bus station nearby. She enjoyed night wind as it caressed her gently. She kept walking when she saw a familiar car across the road, stopping in front of the hotel. She was sure enough that the owner of the car must be her boyfriend, Liu Tang. She was about to call to make sure it was really him before she witnessed an unbelievable scene.
From afar, she could see a man's silhouette got down from the car. His figure was exactly similiar to her boyfriend. She focused her sharp gaze, staring at the man intently to ensure the conjecture she made was right.
And the man was indeed Liu Tang.
She saw her boyfriend, Liu Tang got down from the car. He donned customized dark blue suit. He walked to the other side of the car and opened the other side of the door.
A bad premonition suddenly emerged in Elena's mind when she saw his action. That action would only be done by a man to the opposite sex.
There was a beautiful woman. She looked so seductive that it made Elena belittle herself as she looked at her plain clothes - she was not as stylish as that woman. Liu Tang gaze focus on the woman. He looked so gentle and his smile looked so genuine smile. He extended his hand to her before he kissed her hand.
Elena looked at him incredulously. He had never did it when he went out with her. At most he would just hold her hand at some ocassions.
The woman smiled coquettishly. She got down from the car and peck his lips. Both looked at each other with love in their eyes. Liu Tang then handed the car for valet parking before they went in to the hotel. His hand wrapped on the woman's waist.
It was night but she could see everything clearly.
Elena couldn't believe what she saw. She tried to reject the scene before her eyes but her brain refused to delete the scene from her mind. Was it just an act because his parent disapprove their relationship? If it did, he would usually let her know. Or is it for work? But it was impossible. He clearly said to her that he was busy.
Countless conjectures and what-if speculations started to fill her brain. Her imagination ran wild as she finally realized the answer.
He cheated her.
Although their relationship was not too good, it was not too bad either. He frequently asked about her conditions and talk to her at least once a day when he had no time to see her. But, several weeks ago, he gradually stopped contacting her. It was always her who initiated to contact him.
At the beginning, She didn't doubt him because she thought he was just busy and she wanted to mantain her perfect role as an understanding girlfriend.
After some time, seed of doubt started to grow but she denied it because she believed he loved her. He would never let her down because he loved her deeply.
Until she saw him with another woman today. Her imagination and self conviction were ruthlessly shattered by the reality.
Elena hastened her pace. She stopped a taxi and went straight to her apartment. She hurriedly turned up her computer. Since she became Liu Tang's girlfriend, she rarely turned on her computer and accepted some jobs from police department. Well, it was because she crazily indulged herself in love that she ultimately became his servant. She spent her time for him and ignored her own well-being, to the point she had to take a part time job.
She was a hacker but she stupidly refused to check Liu Tang's background because she felt it was rude - because she loved him she must trust him. But what she had witnessed today wake her up from her imagination. She hacked into Liu Tang's devices and found some anonymous social media accounts that Liu Tang hide from her. It didn't take long when she discovered something outrageous. It was chats between him and the woman she suspected as the woman she saw earlier. There was also some photos where two of them laid topless in a hotel room. Elena smiled incredulously. He cheated her, he betrayed her.
The tears that threaten to fall finally rolled down to her cheeks. She couldn't believe the man she was in love with betrayed her. She cried with grief and pain. It was not known how long she had cried - she just felt her eyes were sore and swollen.
That night she was unable to sleep. She had woken up from her delusion, her one unrequited love. She wanted to break up and end everything so she asked him to meet her through message. "Meet me at 9 AM @ the Happy Cafe."
