In a universe of powers and superhuman abilities, there is a strict government. The people are separated and classified due to how powerful their abilities are. There are the Citiru, those are the ones who don't have powers, the Butiey the ones who have mild/medium powers, the Homa, the ones who are the top tier and the most powerful. They are the ones in the government and head the city. Then lastly there are the Inkste, the ones who simply disappeared. After the ranking test, Sibyl is classified as an Inkste and she finds out that the government, isn't as squeaky clean as it seems...
