The Revolution System

An apocalypse hit the earth when men were not able to contain the climate crisis. There were crop failure, super tsunamis, cyclones, unstable climate. Many countries sunk due the the glaciers melting, the earthquake destroyed all the cities. Revolutions started taking place in all the countries the governments of US, Russia, India, China & Japan were overthrown by the people. The nuclear bombs were dismantled. There was no existing Democratic governments left in the world. There is shortage of food, shelter, clothing & what not. People are divided into factions. The money has lost it's value. Crime is at it's high with no fear of law. In the high of turmoil, Kuro is lying unconscious on the ground in a half-destroyed building & his 16 years old little sister is trying to protect her fragile body from a group of bandits who just broke into the locked room. Kuro cannot move but he can only watch his sister getting getting raped in font of his eyes. He is not tied up or held by by anything instead of his tiered body. What will he do now?
