3 A Dragon Doesn't bow.

"Sir you have been sitting there for nearly two hours, have you been stood up? What sort of woman would leave an attractive man like you here alone?"

John smiled to himself and said" I have been waiting for a meeting to begin however the beauty of the waitresses has made my time waiting all that more bearable."

Internally John was laughing, before he began practising the Cultivation method known as the Dragon's soul, his body was quite flimsy and weak, he was a master of long ranged combat however acquiring the cultivation method allowed him to reforge his body. In his current state, John was 6ft 4 inches, his body was extremely muscular, he had long black hair that was down to his shoulders. He was often told that his blue eyes would mesmerise those that looked at them, he smiled at the woman and asked" Could you get me another cup, they should be here soon."

As John looked up at the woman from his seat, she was caught by his eyes almost instantly, she stared into them, lost in the sea of multiple emotions and scars she could feel emanating from his gaze. She blushed as she realised what she was doing, she squeaked out" I will be right back with your coffee"as she ran back into the cafe.

Making sure she had left, two men walked up to the table John was sitting on, one of them sat by his side while an older gentleman and a young woman sat at the opposite end of the table. One of the men at John's side nonchalantly said" John Dewford I assume?"

"Thats me, I assume you are the Tang Family? If that is the case can you tell me what finally killed my Grandfather?" John said as he nodded to the waitress who was standing at the door to the outside patio, John was sitting on.

The waitress walked towards John and said" Here is your coffee, is there anything else I can get for you?"

"Do you have any spare paper on you?"

The waitress nodded her head and handed John some paper and a pen, he quickly wrote his name and phone number down on the paper, handing it back to the woman, he smiled and said" I haven't been to this city in years and I'm afraid that I will get lost, on the paper is my number and name, I would appreciate it if you could find the time to show me around when you finish work."

The waitress blushed and slightly nodded her head, when the display finished a cold female voice came from the end of the table she declared" You will be staying in my mansion while you do your job, I will not be allowing to bring random women home with you. I also expect you to follow my commands at any given time, I forbid you from seeing her again."

John slowly turned his head from the blushing waitress towards the cold voice, looking the woman dead in the eyes he snarled" I attended this meeting out of goodwill as a sign of respect for my recently perished Grandfather, I don't think our personalities are compatible sorry."

The anger in his eyes caused the woman's heart to skip a beat, the two men at his sides said" Threatening the mistress is not a good idea, we do not want to have to hurt you so I suggest you stop doing it no-"

Before they could finish, John reached over too the two of them and smashed their heads into the table in front of them with enough force to knock them both out cold, his eyes made their way back to the woman at the end of the table as he smiled and said" Apologise to me now and the talks about me being your bodyguard can continues, fail to do so and I will leave, this is your only chance."

The woman just snorted in John's direction, seeing that she had no intention of apologising, John smiled and got up from his chair, this time he looked at the scared waitress and said" Call me sometime."

Before he walked towards the exit to the Cafe, the man sitting at the end of the table turned to the woman and said" Tang Xiu apologise to the gentleman now, you know he might be the only one who can help us going forwards."

Tang Xiu sighed and said"I'm sorry if I offended the gentleman, please return to your seat so that we can continue with the discussions."

John returned too his seat, looking at Tang Xiu he smiled and said" That wasn't too hard now was it? I want 50,000 yuan a month as a salary, before you object, it is usually 150,000 to book a meeting with me in general. In terms of her safety, Tang Xiu must listen to any of my commands, failure to do so will either result in her harm or me quitting on the spot. Other than completing my assigned job, I want to be free to do as I wish, any comments?"
