The Return of the King as a Villain

A peaceful and a world that is exactly in our imagination. A world that I build through hardships and scraps.

I fought countless enemies and war just to protect my country. In that time, my influence was so great that even the King's of other countries kneeled before me and branded me as a [God who descended on Earth].

Within my prescence, all arguments and fight ceases. As a pillar of hope, I created... No, to be exact, I reconstructed the world. A World without discrimination, a world without social class and a world full of faces filled with happiness.

But one day, everyone experience a devastating news coming from the [Royal Palace]...

"The King is sick"

When the Doctors arrived and finally examines my entire body. Their hands and body are shaking with nervousness as they run all those machines.

Then finally, tears fell from the shining ground. Looking so devasted as they state the news reluctantly.

"T-the k-king... the king....—"

Seeing the head Doctor shaking with fear, I held his hands and say my words.

"It's ok... I noticed it long time ago, I traveled everywhere to find the cure but not even magic can do anything." Zenon said.

Zenon Azrael, The King of All, the strongest mage in the whole world is shaking as he tried to stand up from his seat and slowly walk, shaking, towards the veranda of the Castle.

There he saw a vast City filled with lights and countless people walking along the street. Sensing that his time is almost over, he stated this:

"To my people, to the world that I help to build, I hope you all will grow well."

Then Zenon looked back to the Doctors and Zenon's servants who are all crying as they look at the innocent face of the King who has a graceful white hair and eyes along with his flawless long king-dress.

"Don't cry my children. If this is my fate then I'll gladly accept it. Afterall, the world I wished to build is already existing right before my very eyes." Zenon said.

Then the blood is slowly dripping from his mouth, nose and eyes as he look at his children and his people. Then with the very ounce of his energy he say this:

"This is my final words: I'm happy, truly. That I witness all of your faces with a genuine smile, a tomorrow without fight and war. So my words for all of you, eat well, play well, live well and lastly, thank you for being with me until the end.

Goodbye... don't forget that I'll still guide you even at afterlife.

Goodbye my children, Goodbye my country."

Zenon's last words fills the heart of everyone. Tears fell from the eyes of everyone, they couldn't believe that the person who acted as their father, who rules over countries to defend it and raise it to become a peaceful world is now at his peaceful death.

The people's expression who heard the news after it was announced by the Royal Palace couldn't be painted. They kneeled and prayed to their Gods and beg them to help their Lord pass through the bridge of Life and Death.

I was happy, I truly am, watching these people speak my name. I was blessed by the Gods who created the world that I was given a chance restore it's balance. I died without regrets.

Zenon is floating around an endless world of darkness filled with nothingness. He slowly opens his eyes and see some bubbles coming out from his mouth.

It seems like his inside of a oceans as he slowly goes down and dive to the deep while looking at the moonlight shining above him.

Then all of a sudden, his body is aching and he couldn't breath. He put his hands to his neck and he felt that he's suffocating to death.

'What's happening?' he murmur inside his mind.

As he slowly goes down, he saw a human swimming at the water trying to reach him. Seeing that, he unconsciously tried to reach the man's hand and finally held it.

The man with a semi-long hair is waving in the water as he grabbed Zenon's hand and pulled him out of the water.

He pulled Zenon's weak body to the concrete ground and tried to pump out the water that entered his body.

"1. 2. 3..... 1. 2. 3!" The mans said who ia trying to do CPR to Zenon's chest and finally the water burst out from his mouth and coughing so hard.

*cough. cough*

As Zenon slowly opens his eyes, he seeing that many people are looking at him.

"Is he okay?"

"OMG! I heard he jumped from the bridge."

"Gosh that man who save him is a [Hero]!"

While Zenon is slowly standing and seated from the ground, he saw that a man wearing a common shirt with is panting.

The man looked again at the face of Zenon who is dumbfounded on what happened.

"Hey kid are you okay?! I know life is hard by don't waste it just like that!" The man said with a cool smile from his face.

But Zenon shifted his look at the people who are now slowly walking away from the scene after he was saved by a [Hero].

Then the [Hero] stood up from his seat and offered his hands to Zenon who is really bewildered by what happened to him.

What's this? Is this the afterlife? I thought I just died from my world but I don't remember this place.

"Hey kid are you okay? Oh? I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Czar a [Hero Class Mage]. Don't worry you can trust me." Czar said with a genuine smile on his fave while offering his hands towards Zenon.

As Zenon is looking at him, he is wondering what is happening.

What the...? Hero Class Mage? What's that? What is really happening? I need to figure it out.

Being concerned about what is happening, Zenon grabbed the hands of Czar to help him stand up from the ground. Then all of a sudden a stomach growl is heard by the two that makes Czar laugh.

*Pfff*

"You're hungry? Let's go, let's eat, I'll treat you a good food."

After Czar and Zenon finally found a store that sells hot noodles, Zenon eats it like there's no tomorrow. His eating every ounce of the noodles to remove his excessive hunger. But as he continues to eat, Czar is looking at him with a smile. Then after eating he then asked Czar the question he's wondering about.

"If I may ask... where am I? For some unknown reason I can't remember anything. Can you tell me Sir?" Zenon asked as he put down the bowl of noodles.

"You don't need to be so polite, just call me Czar. I don't know what happened to you why you lost your memory but I hope it's just temporary.

This is City of Dasma inside the Thera Region at the [Crust]." Czar said.

Hearing those new words really mix things up inside Zenon's mind.

Those places, I don't recall anything about that in my Kingdom or in amy part of the world. Wait could this be...

"Crust? What is that?" Zenon asked.

"You will learn this to the school but I'll just give you a general idea.

This world is divided intro 4, the [Crust] in other words [Pangea], the [Mantle] or otherwise known as [The Great Sky], The [Outer Core] or known as the [Harsh Forest] and the [Inner Core] or known as the [Mysterious Earth].

Well, it'll be explain when you go to school but that's the general idea. HAHAHA" Czar said while looking at Zenon who is really dumbfounded by his words.

Hearing those words, Zenon finally figured out what is happening.

This world and my world is completely different. After hearing those new information I finally get the gits on what is happening. I think my soul... No!, I think I got reincarnated here but why I have this fragile body of a young boy. I still don't know why but it seems like this boy is already dead when Czar saved him and my soul uses this soulless body as a vessel.

This is bad... really bad.
