Chapter 5 - Z virus? Suspicious.

「Suspicious.」 Natasia said.

「Yeah. There's no doubt. This should be the zombie apocalypse told by Godmother.」 Amara responded while nodding her head with certainty.

After their father left, they immidiatelly went in front of the tablet and laptop placed on the short-legged table.

They didn't face difficult using the tablet as it has almost the same functions as the smartphone that was with Rei when he was summoned.

But they still have little knowledge about using the laptop, so while Amara was curiously fiddling how to use it, Rhian used the tablet to search for anything relevant in the internet.

It was then when Rhian have just opened the Kuromu browser and was immediately greeted by the news feeds below the Guuguru search engine related to anime watched or game played that was linked to Rei's guuguru account.

But what stood out the most were the news about virus which the Guuguru 'kindly, specifically' picked so that people wouldn't trouble themselves to look for another news source that 'might' be 90% fake.

After reading the headlines like...

... Just follow anything we say, about the guidelines to prevent the Z virus, and you won't have anything to fear about...

... Over a million have already died across the world and you might be next. BUT, fortunately according to research, following all we say will make you safe, fear-free and lead a happy life...

Ignoring anything that only brainded will believe, Rhian filtered out the informations she gathered about Z virus, including the so called fake news from another sites and showed it all to her two sisters.

It is said that the virus came from a donkey and was passed to a human after being kicked on the head by the donkey.

Originally, it should be impossible for the virus from a donkey to be transmittable to humans. But unfortunately, it happened in one-in-a-billion possibility.

Although the first cases appeared near the lab where a same virus is being researched at, all of it is just a coincidence.

All those conspiracy theorists and doubtful news sites, who were saying that it originally came from that lab and the patient zero were one of the researchers who have died and had her/his information erase, are fake and should not be trusted. People are highly advice to stay away and don't listen to anything they say.

「So, people who got infected would show symptoms of becoming violent and couldn't be reasoned with as if their head were hit by a donkey, huh. Hmph. What a lame excuse to conceal thier crime against humanity and this humans are doing nothing about it.」, Natasia said sarcastically.

「Well, what could ordinary people do, that country seems to have great influence all over the world and influential politicians from other countries won't do or say anything against that country because they must have already been sold out.」

And Amara added, 「And if we're really correct that this Z virus is the zombie apocalypse told by Godmother, then it really amazed me how this countries are working together to conceal the real threat of this Z virus for whatever reason.」

Even the name of the virus was already a red-flag

And the three sisters speculated that the real reason why the infected people needs to be put in isolation facility was because if their body gave up and turn into a zombie, no one would witness it and the family would only be notified that their love ones have already died. While the body would be immediately cremated without being seen by the family for one last time.

「According to Father and the article we just read earlier, this outbreak has been going on for more than a year now and most people still think that this is just some infectious dicease that will kill them. They would never imagined that this virus will turn them into a zombie and the government will be the one who will kill them in the isolation facility once they did.」

「That's just show how good and serious this world's governments are on doing their job.」, Natasia said mockingly.

「Yeah. We should even be thankful of them since if not for them, our Father would have experience something horrible if the outbreak have spread drastically up to here.」, Rhian said in relief, but it's debatable if she really felt thankful for the government.

「Anyway, now that we know the possible cause of apocalypse, we can now plan our future steps effectively.」, Amara said to her younger sisters, to remind them the instructions given to them by their mothers.

Rhian nodded and said, 「Our mother instructed us to make sure that Father's daily life won't be compromised. Aside from protecting this city, we should also take some anime studios and manga publishers under our protection, and also the place, where the authors of mangas that our Father likes, are living.」

「Nice input, Rhian. With that, Father would never have to be sad about his favorite show or books being dropped.」

It's enough for them as long as their Father won't be affected by this apocalypse.

「I think you two are forgetting something. Now that we are here in earth, are you not curious to know where is the father of our father?」

When the two heard what Natasia said, they showed some hesitation on their face. But they suddenly glared at Natasia and Amara took out an orb, that her mother lent her, from a small circular space gap that appeared before her, and she infused it with her mana.

Seeing her sisters action, Natasia said with her one brow raised, 「Why are you being so cautious that you even need to isolate the space? You know that it's not the style of Father to listen to people talking, right?」

「But still, It's not something that Father should accidentally hear for now, you know. And we won't say we are not curious, but are we really prepared to know everything? We know that the relation between Father and Grandmother is very doubtful. I don't mean about them having a relationship that is forbidden by the human law, but their blood relation. Father told that he 'accidentally hurt' his mother and a blood came out of her private part when they first did it, so although we will still treat Grandmother as our Grandmother, a doubt is still there.」

At first, Rei's wives were extremely shocked to know about the kind if relationship he have with his mother.

Apparently, although Rei knew about the functions of genitals, it's only limited to knowledge on reproductive system he learned from school and he was always surrounded by females so he doesn't have a male friend who would influence him on obscene things.

And once Rei heard that, although less than 1% are circumcized in japan, a boy is still adviced to be circumcised to reduce the risk of diseases such as urinary tract infection.

After hearing Amara, the other two sisters looked through the floor which was the direction where Rei is right now and saw their Father who was playing a likely to be newly downloaded game on his phone while being feed cookies by his mother who was sneakily asking him ramdom things.
