17 Just a Dream

Nancy's POV

"Daddy, I'm home!" I shouted vigorously with excitement at him as I was about to enter the house, but there was no Daddy answered me. I noticed that all the guards of the house were lying down the group and bleeding and I realized something bad had happened.

As I was running to our living room, I saw that the place was messy and I could say it was the cause of their fight. I saw bullets scattered on the floor and some blood and I could say it came from the opponents. Also, I saw a gun that I knew it belonged to Dad, but his body was not there so I started looking for him in the whole house but I never saw Daddy Frank. I tried to find him many times and many days and even years, but at least once I did not find him or accidentally see him. Nineteen years later I heard no more news about him, so I just accepted that Dad was really gone.

"I miss you Daddy."

I opened my eyes and realized that I had dreamed of my past again. I started to get up and noticed that I was having a hard time moving and I felt like I was very tired.

"What did I do yesterday, why is it my body felt so tired?" I whispered to myself, who immediately reminded me of what happened to me yesterday.

I immediately went to Hanna and Yhoomie and I saw that they were busy cleaning the house and obviously they had no idea what happened to me and for the others last night.

"We need to talk." I opened up to them.

"Good morning sleeping beauty. We really need an explanation from you." Yhoomie replied with a laugh.

"I know you can't believe it, but Ma'am Zierra is possessed by a demon." I told them that they just responded with a loud laugh that gave me a surprise.

"What are you saying Nancy and please don't make a joke like that about Ma'am Zierra. I guess you got too much sleep that you dreaming about it." she replied and laugh again.

"If you're making an excuse for not washing the plates last night, forget about it because we already have finished washing it" Hanna added that cause Yhoomie to laughed even more.

In my thought, what I said to them was really unbelievable and it made me impatient to them because they just laughed at me.

"What's funny? I'm telling you the truth, are you not listening to me?" I shouted at them which caused them to be serious.

"Nancy just chill, we know you're just tired because of the amount of things you took care of yesterday. We thought you were just joking with what you said." Yhoomie explained.

"Maybe you are just too worried about Ma'am Zierra's condition. You can check her outside the house, they are playing cards now with Zhayshin and Xydex." Hanna added.

At what Hanna said I was surprised and I immediately ran to the outside of the mansion. I saw Zierra happily playing cards with Xydex and Zhayshin in the yard. From what I saw, the confusion was clarified in my mind and I realized that everything was just a dream that I thought was true of what happened to us yesterday. Zierra immediately noticed me and greeted me.

"Good morning Yaya Nancy, you're awake." it shouted in the distance which I responded with a wave of the hand as an indication that I heard what she said. After that, Zhayshin and Xydex also waved at me while they were playing cards.

Soon, I noticed that there were people tap their hands over my shoulder and I knew it was Hanna and Yhoomie.

"Are you okay now Nancy because you saw Ma'am Zierra in good condition?" Yhoomie said to me with a smile.

"I'm sorry for both of you I thought it was not a dream." I was embarrassed say apologize to them.

"What are you saying Nancy, there is no reason for saying an apologize. We are often like that, that's normal." Hanna answered.

"So, let's go back to our work first and we still have to prepare for their lunch. But Nanct, you must take a bath first, you still smell like saliva from over sleeping." Yhoomie joked that she and Hanna laughed at me and left at the same time.

I smelled myself and I smell the sourness of my body. I went to the bedroom and took a shower. While bathing, I was relieved because everything was just a dream, because even if it were true, I did not know if I could still protect Ma'am Zierra, the second person who became close to me. But some part of my thought believed that, those dream are not just a dream.

Mirhu's POV

I am currently cooking meals as a special offering to Zierra by the time we visit her later. I look forward to seeing her again, I miss her very angelic face and her beautiful smile.

After I prepared the food, I immediately took a shower and got dressed. I took my cell phone to call Kaizen to check if he was ready.

"Kaizen, where are you now?" I opened up to him on the other line.

"I'm here with Mio now, I'll check her up before we leave." he answered.

"I'm ready. How about you?" I asked.

"I'm ready too, just pick me up in here when you leave." he answered at the same time cut the call.

I went to the car carrying the food I had cooked for Zierra and the car engine. Later, Zhayshin suddenly called me.

"Where are you, I thought you were going here now?" it opened up to me who was obviously excited when I arrived.

"We are leaving, I will pick up Mhiru and then we will go there." I answered him. I was about to drop the call when suddenly asked again.

"Did you have bring cooked meals?" he quickly asked and that was obviously the reason he called me.

"Yes there is, but it's just for Zierra." I answered him and drop the call with annoyed.

I drove fast because I was excited to see Zierra. I am also eager to let her taste my cooking and see her enjoying my cooking.
