12 Don't Die
Khara's POV
When Zierra left, Mirhu and I were the only ones left in the house and he was currently washing the food we had eaten earlier. On the other hand, I prepared the things that Mio needs at the hospital, because Mirhu and I decided to visit Mio, to join Kaizen there as well. I also got ready and went to Mirhu in the kitchen. I saw him that he already finished washing the plates and he is currently resting, he looks very tired. I looked at the plates that he washed and there were so many of them that really cause him very tired.
"Mirhu, can you still go with me? If not, I could visit them alone." I said..
He immediately stood up and approached me while patting my shoulder.
"Come on, I'd better accompany you, maybe anything will happens to you." he said once beyond me.
When he said that, I immediately followed him. Mirhu doesn't always have concern about me, but it seems he have been carried away by what happened to them. Even though he was tired, he still wanted to make sure I was safe to leave.
When we arrived at the hospital, I noticed that the hospital was very busy. The nurses move around the room. Even the doctors are almost sweating to save the patients and most of the people they tried to revive are the students of Justice Nest University.
After a while, Mirhu suddenly grabbed my hand, and I ran as he pulled me. I was able to follow his pull which caused me to be shocked. We were just running all the way to the hospital when I had no idea why we had to run so fast. After a while, Mirhu suddenly turned to me and there was a look of concern on his face.
"Where is Mio's room?" he quickly asked.
"I-in room 77." I stammered in response because of the panic. "
We immediately searched for room 77, and when we found it, we immediately entered. When we entered the room, we didn't reach Mio and Kaizen. With a great concern, we immediately asked a nurse we met, and she said they are now in the examination room. We immediately headed there and entered. When we entered, we felt the tension enveloping the examination room.
"Please don't give up Mio!" Kaizen shouted loudly while doing everything in his girlfriend's dying life.
Kaizen's POV
I took Mio to the examination room for a sexual assault examination. Mio was not purposely raped, but I still have to do this examination on her and for her own good.
Mio's body is now in Lithotomy position, a common position among pregnant women. I looked at Mio's Vagina, and cleaned it up. When I cleaned it, I did an inspection of her Vagina. I looked at each part of her vagina one by one, such as the vulva, hymen, clint, and perineum.When I examined it, I didn't see any redness or infections in her vagina, but I wonder why condition was so critical. When I finished examining her, I lowered her thighs to the normal position. I was about to send her back to her own room when her heart rate monitor suddenly rang. I looked at the monitor and it was a flatline heart rate.
"Need assistance!" I shouted and the nurses approached.
"Gently tilt the head back, and make a way for air breathing." I ordered the nurse and she immediately obeyed.
I put both of my hands on Mio's chest and performed CPR on her. I pump her chest in every 2 seconds and I repeatedly do it, but no results for her breathing. I tried it harder, but same results happened.
"Prepare the biphasic shock! Faster!" I quickly ordered another nurse, who immediately acted and handed me the pad of biphasic shock.
"Clear!" I said once pinching the pad button. I did this over and over again, but Mio's heart rate did not return.
"Please don't give up Mio!" I shouted loudly while doing everything in my girlfriend's dying life.
"Please don't die! Clear!" I shouted as the pad continued to shock her body.
Please don't give up Mio I have a lot of things to tell you. I have to say apologize to you, please. My mind whispered as I cried, tried to to keep her alive. I don't have to give up on the person I have loved for a long time.
I did everything but the flatline heart rate still appears on the monitor. I repeatedly shock in her chest, but still did not return to her heartbeat. So I just ignored it, and tried to do a dangerous way.
"Increase the energy voltage of the biphasic shock." I said, while trying to calm down myself.
"B-but Doc it's too dangerous for the patient if we will do it." complaint of my trained nurse.
"Just do it!" I angrily told her, after that she immediately obeyed.
"This is the last chance ... C-clear!" I stammered because I also doubt of my hypothesis.

[Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.]
I was just fall down on the floor, when I heard and saw Mio's heart rate return.
"Thanks God. Thank you for bringing her back to life." I whispered to myself, while crying.
I can't believe God still hears what my heart cries out despite of my sins. Is this what they say an inexplicable feeling when you experience a miracle? Lord, thank you for the second chance that you gave to Mio, I should be in her situation and not her. Later, a woman hugged me, but I did not look at her anymore because I knew it was Khara's voice when she spoke.
"You did it brother, I'm sorry for what I told you earlier. Forgive me." she said while crying and hugging me.
I hugged her tightly and shed all my tears despite everything I felt.
We sent back Mio to her room, and Khara and Mirhu accompanied me.
"By the way Kaizen we will visit Zierra tomorrow at their Mansion." Mirhu said.
"So you mean you've already talked?" I asked him that I couldn't believe that he would visit Zierra at her own house, while me have no chance to talk to her.
"Yes and she couldn't remember anything on what we did to her, but we also got along. How about you, do you have no intention to apologize to her?" he asked.
"I would have liked to go with you, but I can't just leave Mio." I answered sadly, while holding Mio's hand.
"Brother, I could take a good care for Mio atleast jus for now. You'll just visit there tomorrow, I can call you if something bad happens." Khara offered.
"She's right, it's better for you to relax your mind and for you to talk to Zierra." Mirhu agrees with what Khara said.
"All right, I'll come, but I'll just go and talk to Zierra and I'll be right back to the hospital." I answered them directly.
"Okay, it's up to you." he answered casually.
