"Fierce!" I looked at the woman who called my name, before I could even say something she already hugged me
"its been a long time, how have you been?" she said "when have you come back? why didn't you tell me? you're making me sulky"
"I'm doin-" before I could even finish my sentence she once again interrupted
"OMG! i've been meaning to say this to you" I just raised my brow, knowing her, she wouldn't let me utter any word
"I'M GETTING MARRIED" she announced
"Oh! good for you then" I just replied
"and I know this would be a late invitation, but because I just saw you after a long time and you're my besty, you're invited" she sweetly said and showed off her white-shinning teeth
"thanks, but i'm not sure if I could come"
"why not?! URG! don't tell me you're being 'the-old-fashioned-fierce' again, because imma tell you this, your name doesn't suit you and you should start finding a life" after saying those words, she just rolled her eyes
"i'm not old fashioned, i'm just busy" I boredly said
"work work work, FIERCE ANDREA AENTICE WE HAVEN'T SAW EACH OTHER FOR ALMOST 7 YEARS AFTER YOU MIGRATED TO STATES AND YOU'RE SAYING THIS TO ME!" I just face palmed after she embarrassed herself or should I say after she embarrassed us in public
I can see people throwing an eye at us right now
I dragged Shine and went to the nearest restaurant I saw and occupied a table
"What are your order madam?" I just raised a hand signalling her to go away and i'm gonna order later
"NO NO NO! don't leave, just ignore my friend here, she's an introvert" she said
stop me, if not i'm gonna smack this lips of her, she really like embarrassing herself in public

"I'm gonna take a tuna in olive oil and a cucumber lemonade" shine said "how about you madam?" I just pointed at the girl infront of me who has a big smile plastered in her face
"what she means is that, she's gonna take the same as mine" the waitress just nodded and left
"so tell me Fierce, what are you busy at?" she asked, giving emphasis in her eyebrow which is on-flick
"company" I simply said
"seriously Fierce? you could just sit back and the money will just come to you voluntarily, you don't have to work that much because you're already rich, having a day off won't affect the process of your company. And plus the fact that you have many employees who works for you"
"easy for you to say because you already have somebody by your side who's ready to work for you and keep you comfortable" I said and looked outside
"yeah whatever, BUT you'll attend my wedding day. I don't accept no for an answer, you'll be there no matter what happen" I was about to say something again but she glared at me
"so how's your life here?" she asked and smile while putting her chin between her two hands which was clasp in front of her
i'm starting to wonder if she's a bipolar or just too excited or something
"nothing much important" I said
"seriously? how about love life?" she asked
I just feel like not saying anything and she gave me ang intrigued look and once again I raised my brow
"don't tell me you don't have any too, wth fierce, what have you been doing all this time?"

"your life is so boring, it's a miracle you're still alive though" I just ignored her statement and continue watching two kids playing at the children's play house that was infront of the restaurant where we are in
