Our First Encounter...?

Lilith turned around and saw a giant before, he was at least six eight and he towered Lilith. She didn't seem scared at the sudden appearance of the giant, she looked up an saw two yellow burning eyes that were flames. A luscious red bread with a smooth face almost like a baby if it wasn't for the scar on his cheek that etched its way to his right eye.

Lilith had a sudden bad feeling about this man like she met him before, she glanced over to Luna in which she seemed to almost quiver before this man. "Definitely someone to be cautious," Lilith told herself.

"Who might you be?" Lilith asked.

The man seemed to be stunned by Lilith's question: "I'm sorry. Do you not know who I might be?"

"I'm very sorry sir but I don't think we've ever met before," Lilith assured the man. She looked at 404 who was behind the man, she gave him the what-is-going-on-look. 404 shrugged as it too didn't quite understand what was going on.

"Ah, I see, a simple commoner," the man insulted. "I, Aaron of the rightful king of the Ivory Nexus, is at your presence."

"The rightful king?" Lilith thought to herself, she didn't quite believe that this man looked like anything but a king. However, she did give him the benefit of the doubt and believed that he was a king.

"I am terribly sorry my king, I've been exploring my region to get a better understanding of my home. I sadly haven't heard of you," Lilith kneeled to the supposed king, her voice sounded like she came from a noble family. It impressed the king to say. "Please, forgive me, my lord."

"Rise young one," spoke Aaron.

Lilith followed as the king commanded, however, she didn't dare to look into his flaming eyes as it felt like she was getting memories from her nightmares. She could now clearly see the king's body, his arms were ripped with muscles while his chest bulged out. She could see a lion on his chest while a velvet cape flapped through the wind, she sees this man as an enemy now.

"Do you know what happened to my men?" spoke the king as he looked directly into Lilith's mixed eyes, he felt as if he has seen this young lady before but he can't understand where or when.

"I can't say I do," Lilith lied, she kept her breathing and heartbeat slow as she knew that if she made a simple slip up then she would be executed without an accurate judgment. "I didn't even know that there guards here."

"Ah, an honest soul," said the king. "Do you know a village called Hugo?"

Lilith almost froze in place before she realized what to say, "I have but only once, I was planning on getting a better understanding of my home when I saw the village burnt down."

"Alas, must have been those wolf followers," said the king, his voice sound irritated by those wolf followers.

Lilith looked at the king with innocent eyes and said, "I have to go and help Hugo rebuild, please I am sorry if I caused any actions that may have offended you."

"Just one moment," ordered the king.

"For the love of the old king, what the hell does he want?" Lilith was starting to get annoyed by talking to this king, she wanted to go back and talk to Drew and the people. She didn't play on talking to this king or to Luna, she just wanted some peace and quiet.

She turned around and stared at the king.

"What's your name?"

"Lilith," Lilith simply spoke.

"Nice to meet you, Lilith," the king spoke as he lends out his hand, Lilith hesitated before she shook the king's hand.

"I hope we can meet again in the future, to become allies," the king said. Lilith almost wanted to kill this man, she did not want to be this lion's pet.

Lilith simply smiled as she walked away, the dark-clouded figure of 404 disappears as well as Luna. Lilith didn't have the time to talk this king, she probably has already worried her brother and Summer. Speaking of Summer, what is she?
