1 The Start

"Doctor! Doctor! He's flatlining!"

"Get the defibrillator!"

*Chzzzzz! Chzzzzz! Chzzzzz!*

"He's gone."

.....

"Huh, I guess I'm dead now."

5 hours earlier in a hospital room

"Mom, I will be going into surgery soon to make sure to buy me lots of cake for after the surgery." Was what I wanted to say, but it all came out as gibberish.

"Kirk, I'll be waiting for you with tons of cake."

This story begins on a bright Tuesday day in a hospital in the middle of Canada. Kirk is about to do brain surgery after an accident occurred to him a half a year prior. Unfortunately, he was not able to pull through at the end of the surgery. Kirk was just an average child who lived in a nice neighborhood, had friends to play with, and also had his family. But when that accident happened he was in the car with his whole family consisting of him, his mom, dad, and sister. Unfortunately, his dad was in the brunt of the crash and died on the spot and Kirk's head got crushed in making him get a massive trauma in the head.

As a result of all of this, he had to get brain surgery and of course, you already knew he did not make it.

"Ugh, where am I. The last thing I remember was me going to sleep in the hospital." Kirk thought but then suddenly he was frozen."I-I I can speak again!" After Kirk found this out he was overly excited for a couple of minutes and finally when he calmed himself he started questioning it. "How can I speak normally again? Am I dead? Ever since the accident, I couldn't speak well but now I can!" While he was talking to himself he noticed that all he could see was black. He looked around and in the distance, he saw a palace. I looked to be as big as a 20 story building. And all around it was miles of green grass and tons of beautiful flowers and trees that he has never seen before.

"What is that palace place?" "When he started walking toward it felt like he was being propelled at over 200 kilometers per minute but it didn't hurt. In less than half a second he was in front of the palace completely perplexed. To him, it felt like he was being thrown like a baseball but to outsiders, it would have looked like he had teleported to it. Kirk just stood there in place not even feeling like he moved even though he knows he did. When Kirk looked up again he saw that he was in front of the giant palace doors that were over 20 meters tall.

He had started walking toward it and right when he was about to open it, it had already started opening. When he saw it cracking open he couldn't see anything it was so bright it felt like he was right in front of the sun. The door had finally opened after 5 minutes and what he saw had made his jaw drop to the floor.

What he saw was a golden throne with a woman standing there she looked to be in her early-mid 20's.she had long flowing black hair and her eyes were dark blue and when you would stare into them it felt like you were staring at galaxies. Her skin was like jade as it looked as soft as silk. She had a skirt and you could see her legs that were long but very alluring.

While Kirk was looking at the beautiful goddess she had spoken."Welcome child to what you would call the afterlife or Heaven. You have died down on Earth due to a mashup up here which led to your death." Kirk had no idea what to say while listening because her voice sounded like an angel.

She continued by saying "I am truly sorry about the problem I had made down there so I want to make it up to you." Kirk was now finally able to speak and he slowly said "So I am actually dead?"

"Yes, you died after the surgery because one of my people had tried to rebel against me and take a body from the mortal world and it ended up being yours. Thankfully you had just gotten out of surgery. If you had not had surgery and been physically weak then he would have possessed your body and you would have been tortured within your own body. He was not able too and he has already been locked up and is suffering endless torture."

Kirk was in utter shock at what he was just hearing. "So then how will you make up for me having to die then." While he was talking he had been trembling and he didn't know if it was because he was angry, sad, happy, scared but he was feeling something.

The goddess smiled and replied, "Yes I am willing to make it up to you and that you will be reincarnated into a new world." She then sighed saying "But I won't be able to choose you to reincarnate into because this other world is not completely under my jurisdiction. I can though help you get some cheats to help you in this world and get you strong so it won't matter what you turn into you will live a happy life."

Kirk was already shocked about what was going on but now he felt like he was dreaming and that this was all fake. "Cheats? What kind of world is this new world and what kind of cheats would help me out in this world" She then smiled at him and then swung her hand to show a big projection of new land.

What he saw was dragons, slimes orcs, and much more mythical monsters on one side and on the other, he saw thousands of humans throwing fire out of their hands and making huge tsunamis with wand-like sticks. She then went on to explain saying "This is the world of Tetra which is a world consisting of dangerous creatures and humans that can wield elemental powers called laws in their body. If I were to make a comparison it would be like any RPG game you ever played. There are levels and skills and you have to be strong to survive. I can help you a little so you can be strong."

When Kirk heard this he started getting excited. Just the thought of wielding fire in his hands was crazy. But also being able to fight dragons and kill other mythical creatures was crazy to him. He then excitedly asked, "What kind of powers and cheats would I be able to get?"

She said "You will be given 3 of 5 powers randomly. Once you pull the lever they will automatically be given to you and you will be teleported to the new world." She then pulled out 5 sphere-like balls that were as big as a head and each one read different things.

Kirk saw all 5 and walked up with a smile on his face and exclaimed "Alright let's pull this lever!"
