14 An Undistinguishable Problem

''Please just let me in will you!?''

Light loudly uttered as he begged the gatekeeper to let him in, nonetheless the gatekeeper weren't moving a bulge at all. He was only doing his job and he could not afford to ruin it by just a single kid.

''Please kid, go home, and ask your parents for your Identification card... You know that I can't just let people get in here without an Id right?''

''Fine.'' Light repeatedly nodded his head.

The way he nod made the gatekeeper felt a little bit better at all, the kid that was too annoying from his sight is finally leaving without ease. He took care of a job single-handedly without using any force.

''Finally.''

From what the gatekeeper could see, the kid was now walking away from the gate. Now he couldn't even see his back from far away, but the uniform of the Mage Pride academy was still shining through his steps.

''But what if he just lost his identification card? Won't I also be trouble if he's a high rank noble?''

The Gatekeeper was in deep thought, his face darkened while his shoulders was shivering in fear.

''Right, I didn't asked for that kid's name, what if I had offended him and asked for his family to back him up, won't I be flying off away from my career?!''

There was nothing that the gatekeeper could think about rather than the kid calling for his wealthy parents. The way he sees the kid's parents were all from a highly wealthy noble's from a well respected family. His deep thoughts was what will he do if he had really offended that kid, and that kid called for his parents.

''Maybe I should let him enter at all.'' The gatekeeper added, ''Yes, I will just let it slide since he's just a single person.''

Sweat started to cover the gatekeeper's face, now that he had decided to let that kid enter, but what is the purpose of letting that kid enter without the kid in his sight?

''Fuck, he's gonna call his pappy, I'm dead.''

The Gatekeeper immediately opened the gate and ran towards the kid, he was howling the kid's name as he was trying to approach him, still Light couldn't hear it. He was on thought about something,

Something about the past that could help his present body today,

''My treasures, I need it back again.''

Light was in thought about his fallen treasures, he was the one who deeply hid it, because it was dangerous if someone might had just found it. It may destroy the world if someone with evil intention could get a hold of it, nonetheless it will save the world if a good person will take a hold of it.

It was as dangerous as it could seems to be, like a little child holding a newly sharpened sword, it may be bad for him and the person near him. It's just like you are bringing calamity to the world if it would be recklessly used.

Like the absorber pendant that was on his hands now. A pendant which needed sacrifice for the user to get strong, it was an artifact which you could say 'Godly' by the words of the evil who wanted to acquire it, but for a good person who only do good deeds in his life.

It is an artifact that could bring calamity and destruction to the world, it is a cursed, taboo which would likely needed to be dispose of.

A person killing another person is beyond a humans could do, it is not a the doings of the human, it is the work of an evil!

''Tsk, I don't know what to do anymore, I have tons of things to do and I can't even decide what to do first.''

Furthermore, Light has full of problems floating through his mind, sticking and doesn't even leave when he wanted to. It was a problem from the past that only he could accomplish, there was no other human, special kinds of races that could help him share the problem that he had gone with.

''A lost pendant, a lost treasure, a little kid without any mana, a single black dragon trapped inside the absorber pendant and the worst of it all, is the academy that is founded by my ex-wife, my daughter and grandson which I couldn't even reunite with.''

Light's complexion dropped down like a person who had many baggage's for a moment, not until he heard his name being called from the person none other than gatekeeper who didn't let him enter earlier.

''Kid!!''

''And now the gatekeeper... hays too many problems.''

The gatekeeper desperately ran towards Light with a face of an exhausted dog, his lips was parched along with the tongue that is clearly looks like a dog, with a twitching eyes Light gazed at the gatekeeper approaching him and mumbled,

''What's with him?''

Light didn't even got a hold of what was going on towards the Old gatekeeper that was trying to approach him, nonetheless he did care. Now that he made up his mind to look for his lost treasures first, a thing about the academy weren't up on his head at all.

''Right, I need to look for it first before it will be too late.''

''Kid! wait for me!!''

Light just given the Old gatekeeper a gaze before turning his head around, now he was on the path of trying to locate his lost treasures, still there was something that is bugging off him,

''Is it the gatekeeper that is shouting towards me? or is it the location of the treasures that I have nearly no clue about.''

With an intense shock, Light was in daze again, the goal the he had thought about was nearly beyond his reach, it was running with its two feet away from him.

''No! why!! the map! I need my map!''

Light was crying in the street, his shout deeply pierced through the market vendors and even made the horse ran amok, now that the people around him view him as a weird person and it was added by the person who was looking for him,

''Please kid!! Don't call your Pappy I still love my career!''

And now it was crazy.
