Underworld-

In a room was had a wooden floor polished to perfection sat four of the Four Great Satans. Each has a throne-like chair around a round table.

Ajuka Beelzebub, formerly known as Ajuka Astaroth, is the current leader of the Underworld and is the Chief Advisor for the Technology Department and the creator of the Evil Pieces system and the Rating Game. He is the former heir to the Astaroth Clan and comes from the branch family of the Astaroth Clan.

Ajuka is a bewitchingly handsome young man appearing in his early twenties, with light blue eyes and green hair that is slicked back.

"It's rare for you to call a meeting, Sernafall," Ajuka stated, looking at the only female Devil King.

Serafall Leviathan, formerly known as Serafall Sitri, was the Satan Leviathan who was in charge of Foreign Affairs. She is the former heiress of the Sitri Clan and the eldest daughter of Lord and Lady Sitri, and the older sister of Sona Sitri.

Serafall is a beautiful girl; looking in her late teens with black hair, tied into twin tails and blue eyes. She also has a child-like body, albeit with large breasts. She was wearing a dark green skirt that went down to her knees, a green button-down jacket with a pink ascot.

She sat with a thoughtful look in her eyes, something that wouldn't normally be there, as she's one of the more eccentric Devils in the Underworld. It was like she didn't hear what Ajuka had said. The other Devil Kings were now looking a bit worried.

Falbium Asmodeus, formerly known as Falbium Glasya-Labolas, was the Satan Asmodeus who was in charge of Military Affairs. Falbium is a tall man whose head is completely bald and has a goatee on his chin.

He looked at Serafall and had to hold back a yawn, he would rather be at home, taking a nap than to be at a meeting, but when one of the Devil Kings demanded that all Devil Kings be present, he had no choice in the matter. He just wishes for this meeting to be over and done with as soon as possible.

The last one in the room was Sirzechs Lucifer. He looked at Serafall, "Serafall." He got her attention, bringing her out of whatever thoughts were running through her head, "Why did you call this meeting?"

Serafall composed herself before answering the question, "I received a message from the leader of the West Youkai Faction in Kyoto." She started, which got some raised eyebrows from the Devil Kings. They didn't have any hostilities from them, so why was Serafall so concerned?

"Has something happened?" Sirzechs asked with interest. He knew that his sister and the other devils went there last year, but nothing happened, but maybe they needed help with something.

"The message was for talks of a treaty between the West Youkai Faction and the Underworld," She answered before continuing, "But for that to happen, Lucas Silver, Rias' Pawn and the Ten Tailed Wolf must come."

"I see," Sirzechs said, thinking over the options. "Was there a certain time of when these negotiations were to start?"

"Tomorrow. I received the message right after the battle between Lucas and Riser," She answered.

"Then you and I shall go inform Rias and Lucas. An opportunity like this can't be passed up. Does anyone disagree?" When none of the other Devil Kings answered they all went their separate ways, but Sirzechs and Serafall.
