After knowing this, he went outside and gave a small speech to improve the morale of the people. After the small speech, he went back inside to draw more blueprints of thing that he knew from his own world to increase the level of technology his system had. The first things he drew that didn't exist in this would was rockets. Both space rockets and rockets capable of attacking other countries. He then drew up plans for a giant high speed train network on a map and a highway system that would even rival modern China. He then designed many different high speed trains that ran on electricity due to the lack of diesel production in the country. He also drew a few different power plants from his memory which included a few different nuclear power plants that he knew were safe. He also took the plans of airports that were completely outdated for his planes and modernized them and gave each one at least two asphalt runways and labeled taxiways with parking spaces for the planes big enough for large modern passenger jets. He also drew blueprints of the Concorde due to him thinking that it would level his infrastructure up a lot and the entire Airbus A series of planes. For cars, he drew both normal cars like SUVs and elite cars like Ferraris and Lamborghinis. He also made drawings of computers parts that he saw when he went on a tour to a computer parts factory in his past life. He then drew blueprints of efficient modern factories and made them modular so they would be easy to use. A while after he drew all of the drawings, he drew drawings of extremely secure vaults to hide his important things like his drawings from prying eyes or spies from other countries then checked on his level again. It showed that his drawings made his technology all go to level 8 or 9 and became extremely satisfied which made him ready for the meeting with the ship producers the next day.
