4 Blue Moon

In the memories that are so far away that I can't reach. I am looking for you again in the blue moonlight. Countless nights pass and many new days come but still at the same place the blue moon blossoms.

He closed his diary when he heard a knock on the door.

Come in!

"Sir your coffee".

"Put it on the table and leave". He said in his usual cold voice.

The door behind him closed and again the room filled with darkness, loneliness. It was dead silence. Even the simple turning of pages was breaking the bonds of that silence but he was used to it now. He liked living alone even when he had so many people around him to cherish his time.

"Yuri !where are you?" Irene was shouting for the last five minutes but Yuri was still busy taking bath.

"What the hell. Can't you show some patience?" Said Yuri in an angry tone.

"How can I show patience, when Meili is going to kill us both. We are already late and she's waiting downstairs". Said, Irene.

"Oh okay, I am coming".

After taking a closer look at herself in the mirror, Yuri smiled in satisfaction.

It had been 3 months since Meili came back and she was the one who helped Yuri and Irene to get mentally stable from the mall incident.

"Let's go!"

Today Soo Hyun and Meili along with Yuri and Irene were going for shopping as Yuri's birthday was approaching.

They had a great time while shopping, everyone was so excited especially Yuri as she was going to turn 20 this year. After buying a lot of stuff they went into an ice-cream bar.

"Irene when are you going to introduce your boyfriend with everyone?" Asked Yuri.

Irene smacked her head and said, ''Speak slowly. I haven't told Meili about him so you better keep it a secret okay".

"Okay! but just let me meet him. I want to see him''. Yuri was very interested in meeting her beastie's boyfriend.

"Okay! let me contact him today and I will invite him on your birthday and introduce him officially as my boyfriend with everyone. Now happy''.

"What are you to talking about?'' Meili raised an eyebrow both Yuri and Irene pouted.

"NOTHING! we are just discussing my birthday's theme". Yuri replied.

After returning home everyone was so tired Yuri went straight to her room and fell on her bed and drifted to sleep.

Irene called her boyfriend several times after coming back but he wasn't picking. At last, when she was about to sleep then her phone buzzed. She immediately received the call when she saw the name of the caller.

"Hello, where have you been? why weren't you contacting me? Is your work more important than me?" Irene was about to burst.

"Babe please will you let me speak. Listen please I will explain everything, as I told you before I was out of the country due to some business meetings and I came back yesterday. So I contacted you today. Now forgive me, please''.

The person on the other side pleaded.

"How can you even ask me to forgive you? Sometimes I even ask myself why did I accept you as my boyfriend?" Irene was super mad.

"Please forgive me for this time. I won't disappear like this next time". He pleaded again.

"Okay, I will forgive you only at one cost". Irene demanded.

"Tell me. I will do anything for you''. That man replied.

"Day after tomorrow is my best friend Yuri's birthday and she wants to meet you and also I have to introduce you as my boyfriend to my parents".

After a little pause, the man replied.

"I will surely come just for you love. But first, tell me about your friends family, her background".

"Kim Yuri is the daughter of former CEO of ''KIMS CORPORATION'' Mr. Kim Sung Ho and famous police officer Kim Soo Hyuk's younger sister".

"Oh I see.. okay then send me details and address I will surely come with a big surprise". The man replied in a creepy voice.

"Okay, I will wait for you". Irene was excited as her boyfriend was coming and finally, she could introduce him to her family. They had been dating each other for almost six months but it was just like talking on phone. Her boyfriend didn't had much time for her as he was busy person. They never went on a proper date nor kissed each other for once.

Next day Yuri woke up with everyone standing already there to wish her. Party arrangements were made and finally at noon the guests started arriving.

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Yuri. Happy birthday to you". Everyone cheered for her as she sliced her twentieth birthday cake. She was happy but also sad at the same time her grandmother wasn't there. Even her parents didn't come back as they had to attend so many important meetings but her brother and sister-in-law along with her friends made her day cheerful and blast. Everyone was busy at the party. Irene was impatiently waiting for her boyfriend who still didn't arrived. She called him but he didn't receive.

"What happened bub". Yuri asked in a worried tone.

"Nothing! Come let's sit". Irene tried to swirl her mood.

After 15 minutes she got a text message from her boyfriend that his car struck in the middle of the road and he can't find any car on that road so won't be able to come. Irene sighed.

Everyone was leaving now as it was past twelve ...as soon everyone left Irene went inside her room at Yuri's house.

At 1am Yuri came out of her room and found everyone sleeping. She went to the kitchen to fetch water but then saw someone's shadow. Out of her curiosity, she went out following that shadow which appeared of a man. Suddenly someone from behind injected something on her neck and everything went black.

Sometimes life brings us to a situation which we want to escape, we don't want to think about it, we want someone to come and save us but what if we have to endure it.

Yuri slowly opened her eyes and found herself in a dark cold place. There was no one around her. She was so afraid. Yuri then remembered how she followed the shadow she saw, and then someone from behind injected her. Tears started falling down her cheeks that what is going to happen with her next.

As she was thinking all this. She heard footsteps coming towards her. She closed her eyes and laid down. As the footsteps were coming closer, her heartbeat started growing faster and faster. Finally, those footsteps stopped near her.

"Open your eyes I know you are awake now." Someone said in a cold tone.

Yuri got so afraid after hearing such a cold voice. But she didn't open her eyes

That man knelt and said," I don't like repeating my words open your eyes or else I will kill you right now."

Yuri slowly opened her tearful eyes and looked at the man. At first, she got shocked when she saw that person in front of her, his eyes, they were beautiful, no doubt Yuri herself was a pretty girl but that man had a different aura. His hair was silky and shiny, his eyes were sparkling, his gaze was so strong but he was having a cold expression on his face.

"What are you staring at?" The man questioned in an irritated manner, that snapped Yuri back to reality.

"No ..Nothing." Her words stuttered.

"So you are the younger sister of that bitch who likes to involve in other business''. A smirk appeared on his face.

Yuri loved her brother, and didn't want to hear such words so she shouted, "How dare you to call my brother with those filthy words of yours".

That man held her chin hard with his full force and said, "Do you even know with whom you are talking and raising your voice like this? What a shame?'' He faked a sigh and continued, ''I thought your grandma brought you up so well but no I was wrong''.

Yuri was shocked, she asked, "How do you know my grandma? Who are you?" She got more terrified.

That man jokingly chuckled and said, "I am sure you would have heard about me, and yeah we have also met each other before."

''Who are you?'' Yuri tried hard to figure out that face but she was unable to do so.

That man came closer to Yuri and said that shocked her even more...

"I AM THE FAMOUS MAFIA OF KOREA, LEE RANG, WHOM YOUR BROTHER IS TRYING TO CATCH."

Yuri was shocked. Her eyes were wide open. The person no one had seen but just talked about, the name from which everyone was afraid, was Lee Rang, the man standing in front of her. Tears were flowing down her face as she was thinking what's going to happen to her. This man, about whom she had heard a lot, was no good to anyone but she had seen him somewhere. 

"Hey! won't you ask why did I kidnap you? Or you already know, but looking at you, at your pitiful condition, I think you don't know, right?"

Rang was smirking continuously. When Yuri just kept quiet and didn't reply. He said, "Okay! let me tell you then, I kidnapped you because of your brother who was continuously interfering in my business, he captured my right hand and abused him, secondly you are a daughter of a wealthy CEO, right, your father owns a big company, right now he's working in overseas for his new projects. You are his beloved daughter and Soo Hyuk's beloved sister, they both will do anything to get you back, but keep it in mind this is not going to happen."

Tears were flowing down Yuri's cheeks. She was so helpless but she couldn't do anything. She was angry at herself that why did she even step out.

Suddenly Rang lifted Yuri's chin and her teary eyes met with raven eyed Rang.

"Your brother is so smart, he tried everything but couldn't reach me, but now he will suffer, not only he but your whole family is going to suffer if not now then in future". There was clear anger in his voice.

"But why, what have my family done? What have I done? Please let me go, I beg you please let me go from here". Yuri was scared, this mafia was surely planning to do something very bad.

Rang laughed evilly and replied, "Do you even think this is going to work on me, no you are wrong, stop irritating me already, and about going out of this mansion, so you better keep it in your mind, only your dead body will go out''. Rang emotionlessly stared at Yuri.

Yuri knew what's he planning next so without thinking, Yuri said," Then just kill me."

"Off course I will, but not so fast kitten. I was planning on torturing you like what your brother and his officers did with my right hand "Chen", but now after seeing you, how can I let this beautiful body slide off without getting abused by me." He said this with a smirk on his face.

Lust was seen on his face. Yuri got panicked, no one in her entire life touched her, or even shout at her, but here she was in complete trouble, she was praying her brother comes and saves her.

Suddenly Rang picked Yuri in bridal style and started walking out.

''You aren't that much heavy, as I thought''. He said as he stared directly into Yuri's soul that gave her shiver's down her body and scared her even more.
