1 PROLOGUE
Things would be alright if we didn't exist, what's the point of being born if they just going hurt us like this? what's makes us different from an orphan?
"Hold my hand and never let go" -🐹
"I don't want to go home" -🐰
We don't know if Home is even the word to describe that house. A home is supposed to have a warm and bright family, but it is the total opposite of ours. Our parents don't love us, they hate us, they loathe us, they hurt us over and over, glaring at us with their disgust and angry gaze.
"We only have each other, right?"-🐰
"Yes, it is just me and you" -🐹
We are twins that are born without love, our mother and father don't love us, they said that we are born to another man that our mother slept with, but what makes that our fault? we have brothers three older brothers, they hate us too, they are all the same. This family doesn't need us, doesn't love us, they just only letting us stay here out of pity, which we don't need!
"Get the hell out my way, kid!"
"kyaa!" I saw Lena was pushed down and got hurt by our drunkard father, and she bled because of it.
"Lena! what did you do that?!" I said with an angry manner, I know that I should not speak anymore, but looking at my twin got hurt because of him is the most thing I hate! my eyes won't look away from him and even glared at him.
"Lina I'm fine, so don't worry about me, hm?" Lina...
"What bad luck, every time I see you useless beings, my day always turns worse. Why don't you die already?" what? did we hear him right? I was holding Lena's trembling weak body and her voice is shaking and so is mine. But, I felt like my blood boils from anger without noticing my voice got heard by that man that is filled with anger.
"WE DIDN'T EVEN ASKED TO BE BORN IN THE FIRST PLACE IF WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO WILL BE OUR FAMILY, WE WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS FAMILY BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WORTHY TO BE PARENT AT ALL! IF WE ARE USELESS THEN SO ARE YOU, WHAT MAKES YOU SO DIFFERENT FROM US!" I should shut up that time, I should run away with Lena, I should have open the door and keep us away from that man, but because of my attitude, I put ourselves in danger. That day, he got so angry, he dragged me by my hair and I keep on throwing punches at him and pushes him away from me but he won't budge, he is too strong. Lena is crying and begging this man to let me go, but he won't listen.
"L-L-Lina! please father, please we are sorry about it, P-please! don't hurt Lina anymore instead do it with me, please father!" I made Lena worried again about me. I am sorry Lena for putting you in this kind of situation. After what happened, I got bruises all over my body the bruises that turned color purple, whenever we are beaten up we always went to this playground to hide.
"L-Lina, please don't get hurt, please don't do this because of me anymore, I can't take anymore to see you like this, promise me, Lina!" Both of us are miserable, we are powerless and helpless. We cannot do anything, we are too weak. We don't want to be like this anymore! If the powerful being truly exists please we don't want this anymore!
After so many years, we manage to get ourselves to graduate from High school without the help of our family, at the day of graduation our classmates have their parents with them giving them flowers and congratulating them, but Lena and I, we don't have anyone to congratulate us, instead, we hold our hands so tightly and congratulate ourselves for surviving this far.
"Lina! Congratulations on graduating!"
"Both of us graduate, silly...Congratulation, Lena"
If we know that something will happen to us, we shouldn't have got back to that house.
"Get back here, you wench! The biggest mistake of my life is keeping you both alive all these years!" Our father was so angry at us that day, which we don't know why he just constantly throws fists at us, slapped us, kicked us, and verbally abused us, whenever he feels like it. Why do we have to experience that kind of pain, we didn't ask to be born, it isn't our fault that we have given life. so, how come...HOW COME IT IS OUR FAULT?! Both of us run as fast we can out of that house, and while we are running our breath is becoming thinner and thinner, our clothes are messed, the bruises are visible to our arm and body, Lina's nose is bleeding, and so my lips.
When we saw the road is nearing, Lena tripped her feet, I was helping her to get back on her feet, or else that good-for-nothing father of ours will catch us. I was wishing that if there is second life that we could be reborn again as a twin, I wish that we could be together, no matter what happens, Lina/Lena is all I need. Oh, God!
Then, in just fast as lightning, a truck is moving fast towards us, We couldn't do anything, we couldn't move out fast, all we did was closed our eyes and hugged each other. After the truck crashed us, all I was feeling was my body is all in pain, lying down to the cold snow of road, I saw Lena in front of me, she was also lying beside me with that cold river of blood, while our hands are stretched.
"L...le...Lena" I was calling her name, then I saw her eyes she is trying to open it.
"L...Li..na..." We both tried to reach each other's hand until both of us lost our last breath in this cold snowy weather, we are both given a life to be together, in the end, we both lost our lives just because we are unloved by our parents, by our siblings and by the people around us. There is no one there for us when we feel sad and in pain. No one could protect us, we are just alone without a father, mother and siblings to be lived, There is only both of us. Lena, Lina...Both of us will be together no matter what....
*a light flashes*
"Madam! push one more! ughhhh! ahhh! you can do it, Madam!"
"AHHHH!!! HMMM!!!"
"TH-THERE IT IS I SEE THE HEAD, MADAM! PUSH ONE MORE!"
"NGHHH! AHHHHH! COME OUT NOW PLEASE!"
"uwaaa! uwaaa!"
"Baby number one came out! Oh! Next is baby number 2! One more push, Madam! NGHHHH!"
"AHHHH! BABY...PLEASE! COME OUT! NGHAAAAA!"
"There it is! warm towel please! Faster!"

"Madam, you did a wonderful job, here are the twins, they are so beautiful just like you"

"My wife! Are you alright? Thank God! are they...them?"
"My Husband, yes, here hold one of them, they are so pretty"
