Song Xia had foregone her usual morning jog and decided to sleep in this morning. She was too excited to sleep after last night's tea ceremony so she spent her time drawing.

Knock.

" Xiao Xia! Get up quickly! Come for breakfast !"

Song Xia was a bit curious.

' Is it just my imagination or does Aunt sound more enthusiastic than usual?'

Song Xia put her hair up in a high bun after a quick shower and changing into her school uniform.She went to the kitchen to make tea for her Aunt and herself before bringing the porridge to the table.

Shi Qi has made egg rolls ,scallion pancakes and porridge for breakfast. Although simple, breakfast was always tasty and filling.Once they were done eating Shi Qi quickly rushed to her room and came back with an object behind her back.

" Xiao Xia, guess what came today?" Shi Qi 's eyes where shimmering with excitement.

" Nevermind, I'll tell you." She rushed to say after looking at Song Xia 's blank look.

" 16 Heart's Magazine was released! Your first job as a model! " She exclaimed before presenting the magazine to Song Xia like a treasure.

" Xiao Xia, I was so proud of your photo. I'm saying this as both your aunt and agent but I honestly believe that your shot was the best. I'm not being biased, Xiao Xia ,but you were absolutely captivating!"

Song Xia looked at the photo and was a bit surprised but also pleased.Maybe she had the talent for modeling after all.

Shi Qi continued talking and praising Song Xia until she became a bit embarrassed before mentioning something important.

"We will have to go to D City on Thursday morning so remember hand in your leave of absence to your home room teacher. Xiao Xia , you have acting classes on Thursday and Friday . Saturday is the photo shoot with Master Cao . While Sunday and Monday is the commercial filming . Finally on Monday night we hop on a plane back home."

Song Xia had been a bit absent minded in regards to her modeling career. With school, finding antiques and her new apprenticeship she had been busy. She was also looking forward to her new modeling job since she had enjoyed her first modeling experience excluding the mishaps.

Maybe Song Xia was too absorbed in her own thoughts that she didn't notice all the glances, looks and stares that she had gotten at school until she entered her own classroom.It seemed as if all the whispers died down as soon as she passed.

" Was that really her? How come she's so low key in real life. " A girl with pigtails whispered to her seat mate next to her.

" I bet that Song Xia will now officially get the title as the prettiest girl in school ." A tanned basketball player said to his team mate a slighter shorter boy who sat next to Zhong Hu.

That agitated him.

'What prettiest girl! She's a damn vixen!' He grumbled in his head . He vehemently disliked Song Xia because she got him and Gao Hong in trouble.

The lessons past quickly and Song Xia, Jin Yu and Shen Xue headed to the cafeteria for their lunch break .

Shen Xue was radiating happiness and practically bouncing in her seat.

" Xiao Xia! You are so popular now! Your photo in the magazine was so beauuuutiful!"

" Thank you so much. You also looked amazing in the magazine! Like a princess!" Song Xia complimented Shen Xue.

Jin Yu looked confused a she heard her friends talking." What are you two talking about?"

" Didn't you see the 16 Heart's Magazine release ,Xiao Yu?" Shen Xue asked before putting her bag on her lap.

Jin Yu just shook her head .

"Then look for yourself!" Shen Xue cheerfully ordered before pulling out a copy of the magazine from her bag and handing it over to Jin Yu.

" Wow, congratulations! You two look so amazing!" Jin Yu complimented them sincerely without jealousy.

" So they are really calling Xiao Xia, Angel Xia?"

Jin Yu asked as she looked through Shen Xue's Hao Wen account .Shen Xue's Online name was [Snow Goddess ] and she had over 2000 followers.

She was also a member and president of a new online club.

Jin Yu scrolled through the Hao Wen account and also Stargram which had both posted comments on Song Xia's photos. These photos were all forwarded from the official 16 Hearts magazine,Mingzhu and Sister Gong's accounts.

Meanwhile some people began to see Song Xia in a different light. They were even pleased that such a beautiful girl who became a model went to their school while other people weren't that happy.

At lunchtime there were six girls in the bathroom. Five other girls outside a stall listening to one girl cry.

" Li Li , don't cry! So what if Ma Mingli likes that girl! He is not worthy of your love and that don't even mention that shameless girl!"

A girl with white ribbons in her hair comforted Bai Luli .

" Come in who doesn't know that you are the most beautiful ,smartest and most talented girl in our school." Qin Chunhua declared.

Bai Luli sniffed," Then why...why did he chose her and not me..."

" Luli , that's not your fault.Some girls are meant to be mistresses and others wives! He is only looking at that girl because she is cheap and seductive. Posing and selling herself in magazines like a hussy! He just thinks she's easy otherwise how can a nameless nobody compare to you. Don't worry he'll come to his senses soon enough."Qin Chunhua's mouth was especially poisonous because she hated that Shen Xue chose Song Xia and her friends over herself. She also hated that she had been embarrassed in the cafeteria so she didn't care about her ladylike behaviors and straightforwardly slandered Song Xia.

Bai Luli is the mayor's daughter who was gentle, scholarly and elegant. She was a quiet beauty and was named the prettiest girl of the school every year.This week Friday was the school's annual dance and the most beautiful girl at the end of the night would end up with a flower crown.

Every year Ma Mingli would ask her to the dance and they would go together. He was the most popular boy in class and got good grades however he was rebellious and changed girlfriends like toys.

She had sincerely liked him from their freshman year but now she planned to take a leap of faith and confess to him at the dance.

She managed to hold in her tears until lunch when she couldn't handle the surge of emotions and heartbreak. Logically she knew that Chunhua insulting an innocent girl was wrong but she was distraught and couldn't think straight.

When her friends egged her on to confront the person who stole Mingli from her and teach them a lesson the devil inside her couldn't resist.
