:No turning back

The full moon rose high above the clouds and flooded the landscape with moonlight. A blue-and-black scaled dragon spread open her wings and soared through the clear sky. She flew towards a large mountain and settled in an open cave.

The cave's walls were lined with books and scrolls of different shapes and sizes. Folding in her wings, she tiptoed over to a shelf filled with oddly shaped objects, the most noticeable being a shiny purple gem with light blue veins. The dragon grabbed a bag and tossed all the objects on the shelf into it. She also opened a chest and took out an odd pair of steel gloves.

With a sigh she trudged toward the cave mouth and muttered to herself, "This is it, Stargazer. No turning back now." The dragon, Stargazer, glided off the edge and soared into the unknown horizon.
