142 The Turmoil in Cavelli Famiglia

"You mean, Mother has been like that ever since she was found?" Freohr asked the doctor beside him in a skeptic tone.

"Yes, Boss." The doctor answered as he arranged his spectacles.

Both of them gazed through the big one-way glass, inside laid Kristen who is tied down to bed. She was screaming, wailing, and yelling some gibberish words. They tied her down to the bed as she keeps struggling and hitting the doctors and nurses who are checking on her condition. She even went as far as smashing a vase to the poor nurse, who is now resting on her death bed (may her soul rest in peace), so the doctors was left with no choice but to sedate her to sleep.

"How could this be?" Freohr frowned deeply as he fell into deep thought. "Aside from drastically losing weight, few bruises, and long scars around her ankles and wrists, she didn't seems to suffer any major injuries that could led her mental state into... this."

"That is true, Boss, we inspect her body, especially her head and we didn't see any wounds nor scars in them. We also do an X-ray and MRI[1] but to no avail. We didn't find any abnormalities."

Of course, Aisha made sure not to leave any trace of the Mind Control AI chip that was installed in Kristen's brain.

It will cause more danger if they were alarmed the Cavelli famiglia that someone knew their experiment of the Mind Control AI Chip.

Once the chip was installed in Kristen's brain, Aisha manipulated Kristen's memories, resulting her from hating Rafael to death. Aisha also installed "fake memories" such as Rafael tying her down in the dungeon; torturing, starving, beating, raping her. All the gruesome things a person can ever experience. Completing Rafael's image of the merciless devil in Kristen's mind.

In that memories, Kristen grew extremely afraid of Rafael but when Aisha installed a memory of Rafael killing Morano, which isn't completely a lie, Kristen's fear vanished and aroused her extreme anger towards Rafael.

She was livid that her true love was killed by Rafael.

Her heart is full of hatred and the urge to kill Rafael, and avenge Morano, was strong to be ignored.

Aisha also didn't forget to install a killing intent within her, however, she makes sure that Kristen has no animosity against Freohr whatsoever, instead Kristen cares so much for Freohr that she couldn't even bare him getting hurt.

So that Freohr will be safe.

Aisha knew how much Rafael love Kristen. If not, then he won't even think of killing Morano whose a long time friend of his since childhood. But because he was blinded of his obsession for Kristen, he blackens his heart and kill Morano.

And Aisha will make sure to deliver a gruesome, cold-blooded revenge for them.

She will destroy the Cavelli famiglia.

They just have to wait patiently.

After all, revenge is best serve when cold.

Freohr pursed his lips in frustration, worried was visible in his eyes as he stared at his poor mother.

"Where's Father, by the way?" Freohr asked, noticing his Rafael's absense. He's also not present when he got back from Country A, so he thought that he must be with Kristen but he didn't saw him, much less his shadow.

"Old Boss Rafael was in his room; recuperating." The doctor cleared his throat. "When Lady Boss awakes, she first seems a bit muddle headed but when she saw Old Boss Rafael, she suddenly run amok. Yelling and cursing Old Boss to the deepest pits of hell. Old Boss tried to get closer to her but Kristen managed to get the syringe from one of the nurses and throws it right at his neck. Thankfully though, the syringe didn't touch any vital veins but it still cost him a lot considering his current condition."

Freohr frowns even more, his head is starting to hurt. "I could understand why mother turned into a crazy woman after being captured. Mental torture isn't uncommon in our world but for her to hate father? There something feels so wrong about this."

"That's what we also thought. We're going to continue finding what's the cause of all this. Just trust us, Boss."

"Hmm," Freohr hums in response before he froze momentarily when a thought crossed his mind. He pursed his lips. "Don't you think... it's because of the Mind Control AI chip?" He asked in an unsure tone.

The doctor was one of the oldest and most trusted men of Rafael so he is part of the experiments that the Cavellis are running. It is not surprising for him to know what Freohr was insunuating.

His expression turned serious as he explained, "We also thought about that possibility but the X-ray and MRI results shows nothing. No abnormalities whatsoever. And Kristen didn't have any wounds in her head that could support the theory of an operation was done."

"Dàmn it!" Freohr cursed angrily, both of his fists are clenched. "If not that, then what is it!?"

What they do not know was when Kristen's underlying anger towards Rafael was achieved, Aisha removed the chip in her brain and used the latest technology to remove the scars that resulted from the operation, making it looks like it wasn't even there in the first place.

The doctor didn't know how to answer Freohr so he choose to remain silent.

Freohr grew frustrated as he pulls out his phone to make a call, however, the other party isn't picking up his calls and directly lead him to voice mail.

Freohr hurled his phone across the hall, the poor phone breaks into pieces as Freohr ran his fingers through his hair in frustration.
