3 Living with my Aunt

I went up on the bed go down the stairs wobbling and opened the door

Then uncle Wen came, aunts husband "are you ok Chloe you look like you haven't slept for days what is wrong with you I know your parents just died but it doesn't mean its the end of the world," uncle said to me with a really worried tone

"Let us eat dear where is the dining room," aunt said like she owns the house

I didn't speak I'm too tired and I don't want to speak with them

"Chloe come on let's eat first look at you your parents won't be happy when they see you in this situation," uncle said worrying about my health

"Ok" I replied with an emotionless face

So we ate together with my aunt and uncle at my house

then aunt's daughter came "wow so this our new house where we will be living from now on," Nicole said shamelessly out loud like she will own the house from now on

"Dear don't shout at her she's just excited," said my shameless aunt

"I'm full I'm going upstairs don't bother me," I said with a cold face

"Honey, Chloe's having a hard time let us wait for a few more years" uncle said

"No, I can't take it anymore I want everything my brother owned now," she said in an arrogant tone

"Honey, please listen to me I will convince Chloe to sign the paper so please give him 2 years to recover," uncle said

"Fine you better convince her or else I will do it myself and you know what I will do when I do it my way" aunt said, like uncle making a deal with a devil

"Yes dear thank you I will," uncle said while worrying about Chloe

it was night uncle knock on my parent's door " Chloe it's time to eat"

"leave it on the floor Ill eat later," I said in a cold tone

"Ok then I leave it here at a table please eat and take care of your health Chloe" uncle said in a worrying tone

I didn't reply after my uncle went down I opened the door and took the food and ate it and left the plate on the table outside my door.

few days went by I still haven't taken over of my parent's death, but I went to school with a cold emotionless face like I was a walking Iceberg on the campus

everyone's been talking about me how my parents died many rumors circulate from worst to the point that they said I killed my own parents

I didn't bother with them I went to class every day with my cold appearance my grades gradually became worst and worst after my parent's death

my teachers talked to me "Chloe what happened to you I know your parents died but you need to keep up your study don't disappoint your parents even if they're gone" said my teacher

After that, I maintained top 1 in the last sem with a bare minimum effort

Caleb came to me and said "Chloe what happened to you everyone's talking like your an iceberg walking on campus " Caleb said in a bit angry cold worrying tone

Caleb is my childhood friend we were friends since the first time we met when we were young Caleb doesn't talk to anyone but me He was a genuine iceberg since he was a child since we ever first met he talked to me for several minutes but I didn't reply I went forward and pretend I didn't notice him "wait, Chloe" Caleb said and grabbed my hand and hugged me " Chloe what's wrong you can always talk to me we've been friends since childhood Ill listen to you so please talk to me" Caleb said with a bossy cold tone

I cried as he hugged me "why, why, why when you will leave in the future too, I don't experience that once more, I can't take it anymore, I won't, I would have to die first before anyone I love I cant not anymore" I said while crying in Calebs hand

"It's ok Chloe I'm here I won't leave you I promise I stay with you forever" Caleb hugged me even though he is a Misophobic and having skin contact with girls since Caleb have a good body every girl want her body and fame and money, that is why she hates girls who force their self with him even if it's his close relative

After that, I gradually became normal thanks to Calebs words I gradually recover bit by bit
